7th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)AWFUL, avoid at all costs. Even if there is a house you are interested in, still avoid not worth the stress one bit. Go elsewhere. I would not even give them 1 star, but I have no choice. The stress they have caused me in my personal life is a utter joke. Never receive a call back, let alone an email response, told me the incorrect information which I have in writing but still not owning up to their mistake. Beth the 'Manager' does not know how to have a professional conversation, talks to everyone like their pal which is so incredibly off putting. Again no accountability from Will Jones, again or any call backs. I even asked for this to be passed over to a Senior Manager and still never received a call back and apparently she looks after 52 branches! They must all be awful. If I ever see the name Chancellors on anything, I will never EVER go anywhere near them and will make sure everyone knows about it. Respectfully it is like a bunch of children are running this business, which is rather sad really. They need training on multiple things and to hire new staff with a proper manner and know what they are doing. Had no choice but to leave this review, as it is IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of them. 2 weeks I have been chasing this up. I have rung 5/6 times this morning first thing when they opened (so no valid reason to not answering - I even tried the sales line too) so I am adamant they are just ignoring my calls on purpose which based on my experience so far, I am probably not wrong about. AVOID!
23rd Feb 2026 (23 days ago)Very impressive service, Jason Cannon in particular, we were looking for a new place over a year ago and changed our minds, when we started looking again, Jason remembered everything we had discussed and viewed, saved so much time, and genuinely believed he cared about every detail.

Communication with both Ross and John was great - they kept me informed and also were easy to reach when I needed to contact them. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Daniels again. From valuation to exchange they have maintained communication and helped ensure the process is as smooth as possible. Alfie, who undertook viewings, managed to secure me several offers, of which one was accepted within 10 days of my property being marketed for sale. Selling a house can be extremely stressful but the team at Coppers manage the process so professionally. I wouldn’t hesitate using them in the future.

Definitely helpful to work with someone with such a human-centred approach in what can be a very stressful time!

We were always updated with emails on the progress, given good advice on the decorations. Everything were handled professionally, even going the extra miles.
