Unlike many agents who delegate once an offer is accepted, Aaron personally handled every single stage of my sale. He liaised directly with both solicitors, resolved issues before they became problems and kept the entire process moving with professionalism and calm efficiency. What truly sets him apart is his transparency, integrity and speed. He always got back to me quickly, communicated clearly and made sure I understood exactly what was happening at each step. His involvement removed so much stress and ensured the sale progressed smoothly and without delays. 27th Apr 2026 (12 days ago)I was a tenant of Dockside Property services for two years. In that time, they charged me disgusting amounts for a check in fee, check out few, signing fee, if they had any involvement you better believe you'd pay for it. They also took 1.5 years of that two year tenancy to fit a bathroom extractor fan which was broken when I moved in, and that the previous tenant tried to get fixed. Every issue I ever raised was dealt with in a sluggish manner sadly - an online portal / report system can be as fancy as it wants - but it doesn't help unless you actually check it. They were also kind enough to charge us for additional cleaning of the property when we left it spotless - as well as trying to charge us £60 for replacing a piece of wood under the dishwasher that wasn't fitted back after repairs that they did. The reason it didn't fit was because the repair made the gap physically too small for the wood to fit in, so oddly enough I couldn't refit it, but somehow they didn't seem to understand that. Maybe they didn't do that "get the shape in the hole" game when they were younger. After explaining this they then doubled down on their stupidly and we disputed via the DPS, and they settled in our favour because I figure someone that works there actually has eyes / a basic understanding of shapes and measurements. Either way, I wouldn't rent from them again unless I had no other option. Oh, and if you're looking at renting 25 The Eye, the flats in Chatham, the hot water is basically non existant (unless you take 3 second showers), the washing machine is from the early 90's, rent is very high, you can hear every breath of your neighbours (above, on both sides and below) as well as the lovely potent smelling...."cigarettes" from those below 24/7 - and if you hear a scuttling in the night in the walls or see something dash across the kitchen floor, don't worry, that's just the rats from the bin store under the building. ??????

16th Apr 2026 (23 days ago)I lived in my flat for 8 months now and have so far experienced so many issues that their check-in report failed to identify. First day I moved in, the bathtub was clogged, there were underwear stuffed in the drawers, toilet seat cover was cracked. The heater was also broken so had to freeze through December, and they also pointed me to the wrong the electricity meter so I’ve been paying for my neighbour’s electricity. Their property manager is incompetent at best, ignoring emails/calls and just sit there watch you suffer / sort out problems by yourself. Avoid at all cost.

16th Dec 2025 (21 weeks ago)Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! I booked a viewing last week and this morning checked the online listing, which was still showing the original price. However, when I arrived to view the property, I was informed that the price had been increased at the last minute. While I understand that online listings can change, surely a basic courtesy would be to contact prospective viewers to let them know about any price changes, so they can decide whether they still want to attend. This felt like a complete waste of time. Furthermore, their website claims that all rooms are en-suite, but in reality only one room had a proper en-suite bathroom. The other six rooms only have showers and no toilet facilities, which is very misleading. I strongly urge the management to be more transparent and respectful towards potential tenants.

18th Apr 2026 (21 days ago)Unprofessional, unethical, and publicly mocks clients. I strongly advise avoiding Alexander Rose Estates. Our experience was a nightmare: Financial Pressure: They pressured us to accept a lower offer for their own convenience, disregarding our best interests as sellers. Incompetence: They failed to track essential legal documents and met our concerns with "Be optimistic" instead of professional solutions. Public Mockery: Look at their response to our previous feedback. The owner literally bragged about "celebrating" and "partying" while we suffered from their poor conduct. Using a smirking emoji to ridicule a client’s genuine grievance is the height of arrogance. If you value your money and mental health, do not trust this agency. They don't care about your home; they only care about their commission and mocking you if you complain.
