I worked with Connells to buy my first flat in Hitchin, specifically with Rosie who I cant fault. She was communicative, friendly and always willing to help. The process wasn't easy (a lot of bumps in the road) but Rosie was proactive and reassuring and we got there in the end! Connells have been fantastic from start to finish. The whole team have been very professional, polite, and responsive throughout the process of selling our house. A good estate agent facilitates the communication between the vendor and purchaser, and their solicitors. Sam has been brilliant at keeping things moving along. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
