Nicola at Connells has been fantastic throughout the sale of our property. Avoid!!!<br><br>Poor. Accepted a bid and then days later said a higher bid has gone in. Wouldn't say how much and said there is no negotiation allowed. We were allowed just one more bid. Basically a blind auction! All after initially accepting the offer!<br>Made the improved bid and didn't hear anything. Won't answer calls or emails for a over a week. Really is a disgusting way to treat people and mess with their lives.

Had our property sold very recently. We have been extremely impressed with connells all the way through, especially Mia Harper who has been fantastic throughout with booking the viewings and keeping us fully updated throughout. In hindsight the property we were selling was overvalued initially and it was difficult to swallow having to continually reduce the guide price but in the end all was well & the auction price received was reasonable

Terrible service.
Consistantly delaying in serving a Section 8 notice.
Poor communication at Yeovil Branch leval. Say they are going to take action and feedback then do nothing and ignore messages sent.
Dont go near them if you want your property managed or sold!!!

Received a first class service from Connells at Tunbridge Wells. Ollie was very friendly, honest and professional and his experience in the housing market second to none. From valuation to marketing to viewings and then completing the service we received was exceptional. All staff were polite friendly and always put themselves out to help answer questions and concerns. Because of Ollie’s excellent knowledge and experience our property was auctioned and twe ended up getting £45K over the starting price, he really knows his stuff and how to get people interested in your property. Top service and a big thank you to the whole team but special thanks to Ollie
