Ha ha the branch blocked me on tiktok as I pointed out a panorama programme regarding their company and conditional selling, basically the group forced buyers to use their mortgage services, which are not whole of market and therefore do not give best advice. Stay clear people.

I had quite a good experience with Amber from Connells. She is very personable and she works diligently to solve issues. Unfortunately I didn’t get all the keys required to move into my new property. At first they said they would get me the fob for my completion date, then they said they didn’t have it. In addition to the aforementioned, connells advertised the property had a safety document they didn’t possess. I can’t say they’ve been perfect but they’ve tried to rectify issues to the best of their ability.
