Bought my property from Connells. There were a few hiccups along the way (on my part), but as I was a FTB Georgiana was very understanding and put me in touch with the right people to get it over the line. Any time I called the office, who ever answered the call, dealt with my query there and then. I asked for a second viewing of the property as soon as it got past a certain stage, to which they called me immediately to arrange. Very lovely bunch of people and so easy to work with. Thank you all ??????

Luke at the Bletchley branch has been super helpful and done everything he said he would. I'm extremely happy with the service I received and the professionalism and knowledge he shared. I would highly recommend. The house sale went through smoothly from the very start to the completion date. I'm over the moon. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Highly unprofessional company, we have been dealing with Veronica recently and made a formal offer on a property, it has since been 2 weeks without any response which as anyone would agree is highly unprofessional (first offer was responed to within 24 hours), whether the offer is acceptable or rejected you should provide a response to any an all clients you are dealing with. I Will also give a review on our local fairford leys fb group as it's only fair to residents of our community who buy an sell their homes to be aware that the middle man may not be doing there job effectively between parties in the sense if i was listing our fairford leys home i would want to know the estate agent is responding to any and all potential clients showing interest in the hope a deal may eventually present it self likewise if i was a buyer i would want confidence in knowing my offer was sent to the party and accepted or declined as i may then look to increase the offer but when you are dealing with this level of service it is hard to increase your offer thus the seller listing with them losing in the long term due to the estate agent you chose.

Connells have been great in handling the sale of our property, especially Beth who was enthusiastic about the property from the first visit and continued to be throughout the process. All the staff have been really pleasant and quick to inform us about everything thats going on with both our sale & purchase. We would definitely recommend them, as moving can be quite stressful and they've done everything to make this as easy as possible. We are very grateful to them.

All the staff i had contact with were approachable and helpful. Sadly the buyer's solicitor was shocking. As this conveyancer was appointed by their lender which Connells had also arranged for the buyer. I would suggest connels/sellers check who the Solicitors are before agreeing any offers. Mine on paper was a straight forward transition and yet took over 4 months due to some shocking behaviour from these solicitors. Hopefully connells can provide feedback to the lender. As the sale was delayed, and never looked like it would complete, more viewings were conducted. However, I never really got any feedback on these. In the end the sale went through and I'm sure Andy in particular was relieved after all the stress it caused him, me and our decent solicitors.

Michael helped us with our first mortgage ever and done a fantastic job. The process unfortunately took its time only due to other reasons but michael advised us all the best options and routes we could take and helped us stay patient and positive with the process. Couldn't recommend him enough. Thank you michael

I worked with Connells to buy my first flat in Hitchin, specifically with Rosie who I cant fault. She was communicative, friendly and always willing to help. The process wasn't easy (a lot of bumps in the road) but Rosie was proactive and reassuring and we got there in the end! The rest of the team are great, and Naomi also went above and beyond when I had a issue. Thanks so much team!
