Avoid!!!<br><br>Poor. Accepted a bid and then days later said a higher bid has gone in. Wouldn't say how much and said there is no negotiation allowed. We were allowed just one more bid. Basically a blind auction! All after initially accepting the offer!<br>Made the improved bid and didn't hear anything. Won't answer calls or emails for a over a week. Really is a disgusting way to treat people and mess with their lives.

William (mortgage advisor) was extremely helpful and professional throughout. He stuck by me for over a year while I was searching for a property. Compared to other advisers I spoke with, William was far superior in both professional and personable approach.<br>I would highly recommend.<br>It seems Connells know what they are doing and they do it well.

I did a few years ago sell my own house through Connells, Dorchester. It was a particularly difficult time for me in the midst of a traumatic divorce. Lily Creighton was amazingly supportive throughout the sale process and went above and beyond to ensure that the process was as painless and stress free as it could have been for myself and my son.
Lily Creighton advocated throughout for myself at times when I struggled to do so for myself and worked tirelessly to ensure that both myself and my son came out of a very difficult situation in a much more positive one.
I recently purchased a cottage through Connells in Dorchester. My point of contact throughout the process of buying the house, was again the Manager of Dorchester Connells. Lily Creighton.
Lily was an absolute font of knowledge throughout the whole process, aways easy to contact and responded really quickly to any concerns or queries that I had. Nothing ever felt to be too much trouble and even at some of the more challenging moments, I felt that I was in very safe and capable hands with Lily. She was hugely professional throughout my time with Connells to the point where knowing that she was involved with the sale actually encouraged my purchase, as I knew that it would be handled professionally.
Could not recommend or praise Lily Creighton and her team enough. Thank you Lily for all your hard work on both occasions, am very grateful !

Great experience selling a vacant property. Advised sensible pricing and marketing photos etc were professional and well put together. Their communication was consistently good and they kept us updated regarding viewings, feedback and progress. Always keen to help with the property as we weren't local. Completed this week and am very happy!

We purchased a house through Connells and we were dealing with Tracey who was absolutely amazing. We had a long stressful process due to our buyer and even though Connells weren't acting on behalf of us she always went above and beyond to help us and nothing was ever too much trouble.
