Avoid!!!<br><br>Poor. Accepted a bid and then days later said a higher bid has gone in. Wouldn't say how much and said there is no negotiation allowed. We were allowed just one more bid. Basically a blind auction! All after initially accepting the offer!<br>Made the improved bid and didn't hear anything. Won't answer calls or emails for a over a week. Really is a disgusting way to treat people and mess with their lives.

William (mortgage advisor) was extremely helpful and professional throughout. He stuck by me for over a year while I was searching for a property. Compared to other advisers I spoke with, William was far superior in both professional and personable approach.<br>I would highly recommend.<br>It seems Connells know what they are doing and they do it well.

Jafri Hassan has been a wonderful and highly experienced mortgage advisor. Initially, I thought buying a home in the UK would be impossible because my previous mortgage advisor informed me that, after three years in the UK, I could only borrow up to £133,475. However, when I met Jafri, he reviewed my situation and assured me that this did not seem right. He encouraged me to pursue the matter further, and as a result, I was eventually able to secure a mortgage of up to £300,000.

Great initial meet up/valuation but then did not come up with anything promised…. Poor communication, had to chase up everything on multiple occasions. Over inflated price but reassured when we questioned it. Just rubbish

I would like to thank Eleanor, Sarah and Raji for their friendly and professional service finding a new tenant for our rental property in Kettering.
