Avoid!!!<br><br>Poor. Accepted a bid and then days later said a higher bid has gone in. Wouldn't say how much and said there is no negotiation allowed. We were allowed just one more bid. Basically a blind auction! All after initially accepting the offer!<br>Made the improved bid and didn't hear anything. Won't answer calls or emails for a over a week. Really is a disgusting way to treat people and mess with their lives.

William (mortgage advisor) was extremely helpful and professional throughout. He stuck by me for over a year while I was searching for a property. Compared to other advisers I spoke with, William was far superior in both professional and personable approach.<br>I would highly recommend.<br>It seems Connells know what they are doing and they do it well.

This is not the first time I have used Connells to rent a house, and once again I cannot fault the help that I received from Daisy and Chloe. They were very patient with me, and always easy to contact. They accommodated me wherever possible and never made me feel like an inconvenience even though I can guarantee that I was! Thank you so much to both Daisy and Chloe for their help during a very stressful time of moving house.

Very disappointed with the service I received from Connells during my recent tenancy process.
I have dealt with other staff members at Connells before and never had issues, but my experience with Ashley Thompson-Boyle was extremely frustrating due to poor communication and misinformation throughout the process.
Communication throughout the entire process was very poor. I constantly had to chase for updates myself. I was also told that on the key collection day all I needed to do was sign paperwork, pay, and collect the keys. However, when I arrived on the moving day with van rentals and arrangements already booked, I was suddenly informed that the contract was not ready because the deposit process had not been completed through the zero deposit company, something that had never been clearly communicated beforehand.
This delayed my move-in by a full day and caused unnecessary stress and additional costs.
What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability when these issues were raised.
This is genuinely the first time I’ve ever written a complaint or negative review about an employee or agency, but the overall experience was stressful and far below the standard I expected from a well-known letting agency like Connells.

We had a really good experience with Connells from start to finish. The team was always helpful, responsive, and made the process feel much less stressful throughout.
A big thank you to Shane for his support with the mortgage and home insurance. He explained everything clearly and was always there whenever we needed help throughout. Also, thanks to Joe for managing the rest of the process and keeping us updated throughout.
We’re very happy with the service, would definitely recommend Connells, and will happily use them again in the future. Their lifetime membership is a great benefit as well, as it makes future purchases even more straightforward.
