They told whatever totally wrong and misleading and coustmor come to door and told they not answering phone I tried myself to make sure they was truth even after lengthy time decided to remove this astate egent email different departments no one replied then go to office and make sure take a latte to remove our property from sake totally waist the time

This lady as been professional from start to finish, gone above and beyond.
Not only as she helped us do paper work from solicitors/ conveyor for our property ,but also the new place we are moving too.shes a ??????.

Lots of agents to choose from in Lichfield, these just seem friendlier and more helpful. We bought and sold using Connells and Justin in particular was superb, pushed the sales all the way, communicated well and kept me updated. Will recommend to others, thank you.

Selling with Connells Southam was very easy. I sold my shared ownership property in September 2025. All the Staff were friendly and very helpful. They couldn't do enough for me. I also used their mortgage broker Sam who was exceptional! She helped me through so much on my sale and even helped me pushed things along when there were hold ups.
Thanks to all the team for their service and hard work.

We had a really good experience with Connells from start to finish. The team was always helpful, responsive, and made the process feel much less stressful throughout.
A big thank you to Shane for his support with the mortgage and home insurance. He explained everything clearly and was always there whenever we needed help throughout. Also, thanks to Joe for managing the rest of the process and keeping us updated throughout.
We’re very happy with the service, would definitely recommend Connells, and will happily use them again in the future. Their lifetime membership is a great benefit as well, as it makes future purchases even more straightforward.
