Selling a property can be stressful, but Peter made the entire process smooth, straightforward, and even enjoyable. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely friendly throughout. Nothing was ever too much trouble — he consistently went above and beyond at every stage. Whether it was keeping me updated, answering questions quickly, or handling unexpected challenges with total confidence, he exceeded every expectation I had. What really stood out was his dedication and work ethic. He didn’t just do his job — he truly cared about getting the best possible outcome for me. She was communicative, friendly and always willing to help. The process wasn't easy (a lot of bumps in the road) but Rosie was proactive and reassuring and we got there in the end! Their collaborative approach and efficiency in securing a tenant, preparing a complex tenancy agreement, working with external partners and preparing the property for the tenancy were commendable. The team's proactive communication and professional demeanor significantly alleviated the client's burden. Special appreciation is extended to Emma, Natalie, Jeremey, and the entire team for their outstanding efforts. I wholeheartedly endorse their services.

Chased and spoken to reception over 5 times, agent never calls back. We have since re let the flat with someone else and someone has moved in. As Satchells don’t answer the phone it’s still on Rightmove for sale. Would avoid and use anyone else

The whole team was professional from start to finish, with excellent communication throughout every stage of the process. They kept me updated regularly, explained everything clearly, and were always quick to respond to any questions. All the staff were very helpful and polite, which made a real difference — every interaction felt easy and reassuring. What really stood out was how thorough they were — nothing felt rushed, and every detail was handled carefully. It made the whole experience far smoother and far less stressful than I expected. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michael Graham to anyone looking for an estate agent who’s organised, reliable, and genuinely on top of things.

15th Jan 2026 (9 weeks ago)Our experience renting from Alexander Bond has been brilliant. The move was organised quickly over the Christmas period and there was no problems at all. Conor was extremely helpful, even in some rather difficult circumstances. We broke down on our move in day but he remained available long after working hours to help us. The welcome gift box was also a lovely touch and was much needed after a stressful day! The company are very responsive to my emails and questions and so far have been exactly what I wanted from an agency.

We got great advice about our potential buyers and situations so we could accept the best overall offer for us. Alex kept us informed throughout the whole process and we wouldn’t hesitate to sell through them again and recommend others to use them.

I have spoken to many of the team and when I call they know who I am which makes it very personal. When discussing the house price I was listened to and advised. The house was sold in 1 day. I am very impressed with the service I am receiving and would highly recommend to anyone.

The service I have received has been outstanding and I am impressed with the “due diligence” they have undertaken. Giving the changing legislation affecting landlords, I feel confident that IW Estates will ensure compliance with the law. I also expect that my tenants will have confidence that issues arising with the property they are renting will be dealt with in a timely manner. My point of contact is Ellie Smith and she has been outstanding in terms of advising me, creating new tenancy agreements and meeting my tenants. I know that she is supported by others in IW Estates and my thanks go to them as well as to Ellie. In summary, in my view, a highly professional Company who do everything “by the book” and deserve to do well in the highly competitive lettings business.
