Lucy one of the agents was super helpful when we moved in and afterwards she's still helpful if you need anything and can help you get to your help point. The houses are nice and neat. I recommend it

I have enjoyed my time renting with Daniel & Hulme; Natalie and her team have been fantastic over the years in their communication and professionalism. 1st Oct 2024 (1 year ago)Would recommend the team here. They were patient, responsive to my needs and very professional. Julie Burdett and Nicola Clegg were particularly helpful with my transaction and supported well by Julie Gomersall when Nicola went on maternity leave. Claire Midgley was also great as a post sale progressor. Despite us and our sellers doing a lot of the communicating directly (through our sellers choice) she was very helpful, attentive, efficient and knowledgeable when I needed her. All round a great personal service and I have recommended them to a number of friends, family and colleagues.

Steve came out and understood how difficult it was for me and was very good . I thought Steve, Sharon and the team are very good, they kept me updated on every viewing and offers with emails and phone calls. They advised on a solicitor which took more pressure off me ! Highly recommend this team !
5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Abode have been excellent from start to finish. So helpful. There were no ‘extra’ charges for services e.g. 360 room tour; as we have experienced with an other estate agent. Their eagerness to sell our property, attitude and communication were top notch - and a special mention to Bethany. Extremely happy with the service we’ve received.

5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I met with 3 estates agents, 2 were larger companies, but I was instantly more comfortable with Mark, he took the time to explain things and I felt like I could ask stupid questions. The photographer who was used was also really good, we bagged up items to move and he moved them around as needed and made it all really easy. Everyone who contacted me to arrange viewings has been really friendly, professional and approachable, and Trish who dealt with the offers was excellent.

3rd Oct 2024 (1 year ago)If there was an option to give 0 stars i would, housing union needs to step in. £120 cleaning charge for blue tack that was already there. Fined £200 in council tax as they failed to inform and submit student exemption, made me homeless twice, £60 fee each time to get back in. Their emergency line failed to work and blamed it on the network. failed miserably at looking after their tenants and all the young women in my flat were subjected to a creepy uncle. Unsure how any of them sleep soundly. The state of the flat was gross while promoting a weekly cleaner. do better

They were just fantastic from the marketing of our home right through to the sale they went above and beyond. The advice we received was excellent. Outstanding customer service. The office in Biddulph Paris, and others are so helpful we can’t thank you enough. The cats always steal the show the photos of our home for sale were fantastic. Thank you again for selling our home. 11th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Very bad experience with Mart & Co. The flat looked renovated at first, but it was actually very old with many problems. There was serious mould and water damage on the walls, which made living there very uncomfortable. When we reported the mould, we were told it was our responsibility, even though it was clearly a problem with the property. There was also an ongoing electricity issue. The person who came to check it told us this was an old problem with the property and that it might never be fully fixed. Despite this, we had to live with it for 8 months. Whenever we reported problems, we were often blamed instead of being helped. At the end of the tenancy they also started pointing out small issues and blaming us for them. Overall, this was a very stressful experience and I would not recommend renting through Mart & Co.

Ella, my agent, was professional, responsive, and always kept me informed throughout the process. She handled the viewings efficiently . The whole transaction was smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell or buy property.
24th Jul 2023 (2 years ago)Got my review removed on google because i didn't comment anything which is petty as hell ! so i'll be leaving my comment here with all the legit reviews as they seem to fake and remove any none 5 star reviews from their google account! Leaving a none comment doesnt equal a fake review ( even though my account was anonymous on google doesnt mean its a fake review FYI it was anonymous for reasons i cannot state publicly ) , its weird how im being treated and singled out while literal other reviews have no comments . This further proves to me they are a disguistng company that would only value their customers if you write a 4 or 5 star glowing review. My experience with this company was horrendous , and i continue to experince their horrendous and disguting treatment i will not be using them ever again . I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY unlesss you want to get treated like utter flith by them!
17th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)We feel that the original advertising could have been better, the original photos didn't present the property as well as they could have. That being said, the market was slow at the start of the year, so its hard to separate the impact of advertising from wider market conditions. When we did start to question the advertising Andrew Downing-Booth came out to redo the photos himself, so we have no complaints about the quality or responsiveness of their customer service team. The office team are also great, they're easy to speak with and very quick at communicating between buyers and sellers.

29th Nov 2025 (16 weeks ago)Cheshire Property and in particular Alex were amazing Estate Agents. ???? Right from the start Alex explained everything to me as I had not moved house for 40 years! My house had 6 offers in 6 days which was unbelievable. As I was out of area later, Alex went round to the property and supervised anything that needed doing. I cannot thank her enough and would highly recommend this company for any house moving needs. Thanks so much Alex
