23rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)A mid-sized realtor that still manages to provide a personal touch - thoughtful, whilst still professional. Dealing extensively with the Brookmans Park office the whole team was always responsive and insightful - particular shout out to Nicola - the branch manager. Attentive and informed - I'm almost sorry to see the transaction complete. Not all agents in Brookmans Park are equal - choose wisely if you want a stress-free process.
12th Sep 2018 (8 years ago)I bought my house from Ben some years ago and we are now looking to move again I will not use anybody else to sell my house. Always a fantastic service and a very approachable young man. I could not recommend him enough to anyone looking for the right agent to sell their house.

2nd Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)I don't feel they really put any effort into trying to sell our property. The quality of the pictures and listing was not up to scratch. We had to chase for information a lot. I regret choosing them.

15th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Pippa and Robyn were absolutely fantastic throughout the whole process, they are extremely knowledgeable, reliable and go above and beyond expectations. They are the perfect team if you want to sell your home and we would highly recommend them!
18th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)This agency gives me rather dubious vibes. There are no Google reviews, and the only review I’ve been able to find mirrors my experience exactly. We have been attempting to arrange a viewing for over a week. When they eventually responded, it was via a late-evening text message suggesting a Sunday viewing at a very specific time, with no alternative offered. I’ve never previously encountered Sunday viewings, but more concerning was the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to accommodate. As a prospective buyer, this has been enough to put me off the property altogether, as I can only assume the process would be equally difficult further down the line.
