Everything was handled in the most gentle, sensitive, and professional manner. We have always dealt with Teresa, who is so helpful, calm, and thorough. No question is ever too silly and believe me, we have asked plenty! We are incredibly grateful to have such a hands-on team who deal with everything to such a high standard. Poor communication, lack of transparency, and no sense of responsibility made the whole process frustrating and stressful. I would not recommend this estate agent to anyone looking to sell – they caused more problems than they solved.

21st Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)Chris has been excellent throughout the process, both selling and supporting me in the purchase process. He has gone above and beyond in all his support. The images to support my sale were some of the best I've ever seen, with additional video and drone images of the area. His narrative to describe my home was engaging not just a bland description of a room. He understood that you are not just selling a property but a lifestyle. I cannot rate him high enough.
6th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)We sold our house to the owners parents and now working for Martin and Co Solihull. After 7 months, in which we had spent large amount on a survey of a house we wanted to buy, legal fees and searches, his parents arranged a private sale on a bungalow at a point we were due to complete. Utterly disgraceful and underhand. No contact from Carl Heming and absolutely no apology for the mess he has left us in. What disgraceful practice. Formal complaint being made to investigate ‘conflict of interest’ and now talking to our solicitors about formal legal action. Hemming now working for Martin and Co Solihull who have also provided wesk customer service. We do NOT recommend Carl Hemming in any way.
