She was very supportive and encouraging, always efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for all the staff, including Linda and Jeremy himself. I would thoroughly recommend Jeremy Jenkins for your sale or purchase, you will not regret it.

I was selling from a distance and they helped with property checks and meter readings.<br>I was kept up to date throughout the process and nothing was too much trouble.<br>Highly recommend.

25th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)I had a really positive experience buying my house through Wentworth. The entire team were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout, always quick and efficient in responding to questions and keeping things moving. They stayed on top of developments across the whole chain, which made the process much less stressful. They also gave really useful recommendations for contractors and specialists for bits that came up in the survey. Would definitely recommend!

From start to finish, they have been nothing but friendly, kind and incredibly supportive throughout my house-buying journey.<br><br>As a first-time buyer, the process can feel overwhelming at times, but having such a helpful and approachable team made such a difference. They were always on hand to answer questions, provide reassurance and guide me through each step with genuine care.<br><br>A huge thank you to Louise, Matthew and Noel for making what could have been a stressful experience feel so much easier and more enjoyable. I really appreciate all of your help and support in helping me find my new home.

They took the time to offer support, answer my questions, and treated me with genuine care, even though I wasn't one of their tenants.<br><br>It's rare to come across such compassion and willingness to help with no expectation of anything in return. Their kindness was truly appreciated and made a difficult situation far easier.If you're looking to rent in Bath I couldnt recommend them more based on the excellent customer service and genuine care they showed me.

Zach kept me up to date and communicated with my solicitor answered e mails out of hours. As this got a bit complicated with the sale at the end, but we got there on the date expected for completion . Thank You

While I can't speak to their experience, it does seem as though their is a common thread between them...... From our experience, as renters (a family, not students..), the entire team have been nothing short of fantastic. We've never had a single issue with communication, action, support. From the minute we started dealing with the team, to today. They are always friendly, helpful, responsive, flexible, trusting, supportive. We cannot fault them and strongly believe many of the other reviews don't offer a fair reflection of their service. I'd encourage anyone to just speak with the Liane Hanks team yourself.. and realise they are great.

As the house had been in the family for many years and was where myself and my brother grew up, along with my children having spent their childhood here also, it was an especially emotional sale for all of us. Christian made a very difficult time so much easier with his patience, understanding, and support throughout the whole process. He always kept us updated, nothing was ever too much trouble, and we truly felt we could trust him every step of the way. We’re incredibly grateful for everything he did for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for an estate agent who genuinely cares.

18th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)Excellent communication, attention to detail and don't take on too many clients (unlike some other agents I considered) and so had the time to be thorough and do a great job, going above and beyond what I expected. Jules negotiated an unexpectedly good sale price for my house and, with the additional support of Nicola at the Whitfields office to progress the sale, really helped keep everything on track. Both buyer and seller are treated with respect and honesty and there is regular communication with both parties right through to completion.

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful. I really appreciated his patience, communication and the way he conducted himself throughout the process.<br><br>A genuinely excellent estate agent and a real credit to the team. Thank you, Paul!
