They got my property listed quickly and we had strong interest straight away. Within just three weeks, we had secured a buyer at the full asking price — couldn’t have asked for better! The whole process was smooth, and I was kept well informed throughout. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell in the area.

They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.

Her calm and clear demeanour was particularly impressive and I felt confident in her ability to assist me with my relocation. Throughout the process, she maintained a professional and communicative attitude. Rebecca fulfilled all her promises and I was able to complete the sale and purchase within two and a half months, a significant achievement in this competitive market. The key to their success was the constant communication and information provided at every stage from viewings to final negotiations. 13th Apr 2026 (25 days ago)Steph at Homes & steeple very quickly found me a suitable accommodation last year. They have a very smooth process when it comes to starting a tenancy aswell. Throughout the tenancy they are very helpful, with fast responses and quickly fix any small issues that occur. Overall they are a very accommodating agency, and compared to my very mixed experiences with other estate agents in bournemouth, they are by far the best, and only estate agent I would use or recommend in bournemouth.

Andrea and her team are relatable, professional and very communicative all through the process. Lorraine is exceptional, even on her day off she would still be in touch with updates! All very nice people and I have already recommended their services to several other friends. 100% recommendation from me.

Ocean was fantastic during the viewing process and Francis and the team were great from a paperwork and advice point of view. Extremely responsive to emails and queries which has made a very stressful process much more manageable. Ocean was kind enough to support a second viewing to allow for me to take measurements prior to moving in and ensure that everything was set for our move. All of my questions were answered in good time and we are really grateful to the team for helping us find our new home.

Massive shout-out to George, absolute legend of an estate agent. Proactive, confident, and clearly knows how to get results.
