Neither I nor the owner of the property I was buying had moved for about 30 years and Anthony David & Co guided me carefully and kindly through the more recent complications of house buying/selling which at first had felt so overwhelming. They are a calming knowledgable team. This company knows the locality and the market very well. They also have a great network and good working relationships with local surveyors, solicitors and the other essential professionals needed to reach a successful completion of both my purchase & sale of my property. They were clearly invested in my well-being and ensuring I (and my family on moving day) had a good experience. Individual members of the team knew who I was when I walked in and that personal touch matters. The various obstacles that inevitably arise in a house purchase were dealt with deftly and firmly, with Anthony David advocating several times on my behalf. 30th Jul 2026 (13 weeks ago)Having never sold a house at auction before, especially one that was over 100 miles from where I live, I expected the process to be fraught with angst!<br>However, Meredith and the rest of the team went above and beyond to explain the process, and provide guidance, support and advice during the process and to bring the sale to a successful conclusion ...thank goodness!<br>Thank you to Meredith and the team - I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We believed Tailor made had what it took to get the job done, and within out first week we started to get viewings and considerable interest on the house eventually landing the sale. Definitely recommend !

Their help saved me a lot of trouble as I was a long distance seller. I would not hesitate to sell through them again as we achieved more than the asking price in a difficult market.

19th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)We purchased a property through Lloyds in Lilliput. Julia was amazing. She was incredibly helpful, approachable, understanding, and very professional. Julia even went out of her way so my parents could look around the property prior to our completion to settle their curosity, and she was delightful and patient with my elderly father. She even went out of her way to help us with a legal aspect to speed us up on completion day. Even after we completed she kept in touch and genuinely seems to care about people.

I have had the pleasure of working with Lloyd Young Homes over a couple of projects and can’t thank them enough. They’re excellent at what they do, the service is exceptional and they consistently deliver results. As Lloyd’s own business he is really invested in ensuring that customers get the best outcome, going those extra steps as second nature, and all without the stuffiness or intimidation you get from others. They respond quickly with all the information you want and need.<br><br>I know where I am going when I next sell/rent my property. Very highly recommended.

Appreciated her transparency and approach to helping both buyer and seller to have an easy experience in a difficult market.

19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)All staff at Austen Wyatt have been supportive in every way whilst selling my deceased mums house. I have had help and advise all the way and I would not like to be with anyone else. They are amazing contiencious and hard working. They are all so polite and accommodating and I couldn’t wish for better or more . They all deserve a huge pat on the back , and I may add Tom will always go the extra mile to help when you’re stuck on anything, that is just outstanding service. This is a five star estate agent and I would highly recommend.
