1st Apr 2023 (3 years ago)Slades Bransgore were excellent. Nathaniel who dealt with this sale was very helpful. We completed three months from when they started marketing this property. My only concern with Slades as a whole was the valuation by another branch which was too optimistic. I only achieved 83% of the original valuation in October. Bransgore Slades were more realistic. I achieved 92% of their valuation.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

All through our purchase and sale him , Aimee and Tracey responded to any queries we had as quickly as they could and were a pleasure to deal with. If you are looking to buy, I would refer to them as my first choice.

Due to this, the whole experience proceeded smoothly and it was an absolute pleasure to deal with her throughout.<br>Nothing was ever too much trouble and she guided me through the lease process displaying both patience and kindness throughout.<br>I had heard from others in the past that Symonds and Sampson are an excellent company to deal with and now having dealt with them personally - I would 100% agree.<br>If I could give them 6 stars, I would say,, in particular, Annie was absolutely fantastic from start to conclusion. 25th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)A 'thank you' really isn't enough for the tremendous support from the Poole Sales team - especially Michelle - and the move manager Zaria in the recent sale of my property. They went above and beyond in managing the challenges that arose and, through their efforts, we managed an 11th hour exchange and complete on the property. Every effort was made to keep me in the loop throughout the process; all in all an excellent level of service.
1st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)Communication is very bad have to chase them and most of the times I call they do not answer this I feel puts off potential buyers and at best slows down communication Quality of the pictures was not great and had to be redone Make bookings for viewings when we were not there - did not confirm with us before making the appointment
9th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)I recently purchased a property through Homes & Steeple. The process was greatly enhanced by the care and professionalism of Kate Taylor. She was friendly and knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area, she was able to answer all of my queries, of which there eere many, quickly and easily. Her communication skills, liaising with solicitors, agents and property managers were excellent. I thoroughly recommend her for any selling, buying or renting requirements.
11th Nov 2022 (3 years ago)We were recommended Fahrens by friends who had used them before. Fahrens, especially Zak who we sold our property with were absolutely fantastic. We sold our flat and bought a house at the height of the pandemic in 2020/2021 with a newborn baby, such a stressful time but made less so by Zak. He was always there to answer questions, emails etc and was a great support. All the team at Fahrens are so lovely and never make you feel rushed when calling. They even helped us out when there was a leak in the flat above ours whilst we were on holiday by going to the flat on a Sunday to investigate. I can’t thank Fahrens and Zak enough for everything they did for us at that time. They sent our newborn a lovely card and present when she was born too. Estate agents that go above and beyond!

As a fellow estate agent, recently involved in a long chain of 13 links, at times that could have easily crumbled, their joint effort determination and resilience really helped make the difference to the process. It was so lovely to work with agents who shared the same desire to get to the finish line for the people behind the homes. Their telephone manner also made me smile! The work that happens behind the scenes is so important and it was a pleasure working with them.<br>If I was looking for an estate agent in New Milton and the surrounding villages I wouldn’t hesitate to use Pettengells.

18th Jun 2026 (18 days ago)Throughout the 10 months it took to sell, I felt as if I was Darren's only customer. He called me regularly to update me on viewings, he explained how the property fitted into the local market, so that I felt comfortable with the asking price. I was provided with a prompt, written valuation by Chris when I needed it quickly for Inheritance Tax purposes. When completion was coming up, Darren answered my questions on practical issues and kept me informed of progress. After a bad initial experience with another firm who produced inaccurate, unappealing marketing material at a snail's pace, it was a relief to feel in good hands and I would use Hayward Fox again if I had a property in their to sell.

They were always willing to answer questions and made everything feel straightforward. Communication was excellent from start to finish. I was kept well informed at every stage, and any queries I had were dealt with promptly and clearly. It really made a difference knowing I could rely on them to keep me updated. Overall, a professional and supportive service that I would definitely recommend.

11th Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)I hadn’t heard of Stratton Oak Estates until contacting Getagent, and originally had them round only for a valuation. They were so professional and friendly and convinced me to give them a try. From start to finish they kept me fully informed of all viewings, and found a buyer very quickly. They have a very good online service to keep track of the sales progression, as well as regularly phoning and emailing. I have dealt with many Estate Agents over the years, but none have compared close to Stratton Oak Estates.

We had originally placed our house on the market in April 2024, but we knew our circumstances were difficult and meant a move may not be possible. Lloyd was patient and supportive and when it unfortunately fell through, he reassured us that he would help when we were ready to go again. We put the house back on the market in June 2025 and our experience again was brilliant, will constant and clear communication. Thank you Lloyd for helping us take the next steps in our lives.

She also recommended a local solicitor who was excellent and played a big part in ensuring the purchase progressed efficiently.
