9th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)Arranged a viewing for a property and the estate agent was unprepared. They were not sure of the property they were meant to be showcasing and picked up the wrong keys. They tried to go back to the office and get the correct keys and realised they are at another estate agents (who were closed). 15 minutes later the agent proceeds to blame his customers and joint agents for being unprepared for their own viewings. After I closed down further interest the agent attempts to argue down the phone - I hung up.

12th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have been a tenant with Michael Jones & Co since 2021 without issue. Unfortunately, my recent experience has been deeply concerning. An energy account with OVO was opened without my knowledge using the agency’s own contact details. I was never informed of the supplier change. The account was set up as a monthly payment arrangement, and OVO have confirmed that payment alerts were being issued to the registered contact details throughout the period. Despite this, I received no communication from Michael Jones regarding missed payments or mounting arrears. The agency later acknowledged in writing that the account had been opened in error and stated it would be deleted. No confirmation of resolution followed. Instead, the matter was allowed to escalate to debt collection, with threats of credit reporting. Formal complaints submitted in January 2026 have not been acknowledged. Subsequent correspondence has been ignored. Extremely poor display of professional standards, transparency, and basic duty of care. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their handling of tenant matters where accountability and communication are required.

Being able to contact during a fast paced lettings cycle is so important and after taking my mother in law for a viewing today, Paige was accommodating and had every answer ready which was just superb. A must use for rental and purchases in Sussex
29th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)W Welch, well where to begin. Wesley was the agent we both sold our property through and also aided us in our purchase of our new home. To sum this up in a few words... Wesley has been so kind, understanding, helpful, prompt and professional through out. W Welch offer a personal touch which I really liked, I felt that I could contact Wesley and ask any question and he would always take the time to answer me. All in all a great company, friendly, professional all wrapped in one. Great job all of you who work for W Welch.

The entire renting process was handled with a level of professionalism, clarity, and support that truly sets them apart. 14th Feb 2026 (5 weeks ago)I have not willingly been into an Estate Agents for years but after my recent experience with Fox & Sons , Goring I know where to go next time . Excellent service from their staff particularly Ben Dann. I wasn't buying or selling , I'm a first time landlord and I was struggling with some of the paperwork. Ben and his Lettings colleague put me straight. I felt I was being cheeky but after explaining my position they jumped to help me . Very polite , smart in appearance and willing to help. Nothing was too much. I would recommend them in future . Thank you Ben .

Your Move Brighton delivered the same high standards that I had become used to. Dominique and Joshua let the property quickly and efficiently with consistent and timely communication. Would thoroughly recommend using these guys!

17th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)I went with Graham Butts as I had used them previously and had a good experience but this time the experience was totally different. The photos taken weren't great. I paid for an improved, dare I say it, premium, set of photos including drone footage but the results were less than satisfactory. Photos were over processed, detail was lost on some photos, colours did not reflect the true look of my property on others. Some were noisy and others just looked distorted and bad quality. Communication with Graham Butt staff was severely lacking. I had maybe two chats right at the beginning of the contract and one more time at the time of a single viewing in the 22 week period I was with them. This was the only viewing during this period. There was no plan or discussion with anyone about how to improve my chances of a sale other than, drop the price, which I did two times. Wouldn't use again.Graham Butt Estate Agents - Rustington

Caroline and the whole team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Caroline in particular bent over backwards for us — nothing was ever too much trouble and she truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. Her communication was fantastic throughout; she always kept us fully informed and up to date, which made what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. We felt supported, listened to, and genuinely cared about the entire time. We couldn’t be more grateful for everything Caroline and the team have done for us. Thank you so much — we would highly recommend you to anyone looking to buy or sell!

They have such a wonderful way with people and are incredibly knowledgable! They’re reliable and always got back to us as soon as they had information for us. They made the buying of our property really easy! 10/10
5th Dec 2025 (15 weeks ago)I had to sell my Fathers Seafront flat to fund his care home. Aspire Residential were my 3rd agents to try and sell it. 3rd time lucky!! The other more well known agents didn’t manage to secure a sale but Aspire did and I’m so grateful to Mike and his team. I really think Mike went over and above to see the sale through to completion it was an extremely complex chain They were Very professional but also real and honest and kind which I haven’t seen much of in this cutthroat world of house selling! So I definitely recommend Aspire Residential They are not going to give you a fake unobtainable quote like others. Give them a try if you’re in and around Worthing and need a decent estate agent.
