Adam was patient, understanding and truly did his absolute best to get me over the finishing line in a timeframe that would work for me.<br>Adam is a fantastic and a driven individual which was a pleasure to work and collaborate with. I would reccomend him anytime!
1st Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)We were on the market for 16 weeks with another agent. Moved over to Newberry Tully and we were not disappointed. Great photos taken, communication was on point and we got what t was valued at. Just a decent estate agent with no silly gimmicks. Highly recommend

7th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)We had a great experience both selling and buying our home with Rowland Gorringe. Ollie valued our home and gave great insight into the current market and made us feel confident Rowland Gorringe was the right estate agents for us. Harry worked really hard to get good viewings, have really useful feedback and was responsive when we had questions. We couldn't have been happier with the service they provided as well as the wider team, including Megan and Rupert. Thanks again and I would highly recommend this estate agents for both selling and buying

7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Stop leaving constant voicemails to sell my deceased relatives property - I only had to get a valuation for probate purposes and now deeply regret ever requesting this "service". The valuation itself was questionable as it matched no other valuation performed by other (competent) estate agents, plus the valuer made distasteful Pro trump comments during their visit. Avoid this company like the plague.
19th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recetly used Archers to sell a family Probate property which wasn't without its issues, all of which were dealt with calmly & professionally by David. He didn't " hound"" us once over the time it took to sort out the problems & was very reassuring & helpful throughout the long process. Personally I don't have any further reason for Polegate in my life going forward, but would highly recommend Archers Estate Agents to anyone who does!

Always has a good plan ahead and will tell me her thoughts openly and more importantly honest. The sales side really let me down on several occasions and need to do a better job, the lack of communication was very disappointing through out.

Whenever we call or email, we can be confident that whatever we need will be dealt with quickly and efficiently. Nothing is ever too much trouble, and Sharon is always friendly, professional and incredibly helpful.<br><br>It’s such a pleasure to deal with someone who genuinely cares about providing a great service. They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.

From start to finish, he was incredibly professional, approachable, and always available whenever we needed him. He was very hands-on, keeping us updated every step of the way and always happy to answer any questions we had, no matter how small.<br><br>What really stood out was how proactive and responsive he was. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his communication was exceptional, which made what can often be a stressful process so much easier.<br><br>We genuinely felt supported throughout, and Heb went above and beyond to ensure everything progressed as smoothly as possible. They kept me very well informed throughout the whole process, always making sure I knew what was happening and what to expect next.<br><br>Communication was excellent, and I always felt that my questions were listened to and dealt with promptly. Buying and moving home can be such a stressful experience, but having an estate agent who is so approachable, organised and genuinely helpful made such a difference.<br><br>A truly fantastic team and an absolute pleasure to deal with. I’m so grateful for all their help and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them! ?????
18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

In particular, Isobel was outstanding - she was incredibly friendly, approachable, and always willing to help. She kept us well informed throughout the process and genuinely made us feel like a priority from start to finish. We couldn’t recommend her and the team highly enough.
