9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Wow, what a journey! Adam stuck with us through thick and thin as we sold two properties and used the money to buy another one in a completely different part of the country. It was a pretty difficult and complicated process, but Adam helped us through it all in such a lovely way. He always made us feel comfortable, and by the end of it, honestly, he felt more like a friend than our estate agent. We’re so grateful for everything he’s done for us and couldn’t recommend him & his team highly enough.
1st Jul 2026 (17 weeks ago)We were on the market for 16 weeks with another agent. Moved over to Newberry Tully and we were not disappointed. Great photos taken, communication was on point and we got what t was valued at. Just a decent estate agent with no silly gimmicks. Highly recommend

Ollie valued our home and gave great insight into the current market and made us feel confident Rowland Gorringe was the right estate agents for us. Harry worked really hard to get good viewings, have really useful feedback and was responsive when we had questions. We couldn't have been happier with the service they provided as well as the wider team, including Megan and Rupert. Thanks again and I would highly recommend this estate agents for both selling and buying

As a first time buyer it can be really scary but he explained everything really well, was calm, and ultimately led me to my first new home which couldn’t have been more perfect.<br>Everyone in general at fox & sons has been really helpful and helped move everything on as quickly as possible.<br>Would 100% recommend. 15th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)From the outset Leaders were extremely helpful and supportive. Kept me informed of progress and helpfully led me through all I had to undertake. The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house. I would certainly recommend Leaders and use them again myself, when required.

It however got a bit problematic with the deeds and it was an extremely stressful time for them with buyers and sellers putting pressure on.<br>Garry was exceptional !!!!<br>Then voice of reason, pulling the right strings at the right time and managing my parents with patience and understanding.<br>He also kept me updated which he didn’t have to do but meant I could help my parents along the way.<br>Well done and thank you for ‘knowing your customer and having emotional intelligence’

They always give 100% when transforming and styling spaces and take time to adjust minute details to allow properties to look their best. On top of that they have great personalities and look after those working with them and their customers. I just received a lovely card thanking me for working with them this year, an unexpected touch of kindness.

Our sale and purchase in Hove was straightforward, well-planned and Heb was always available and always brilliant to deal with. Responsive, intelligent, quick, knowledgeable, flexible and also a really nice chap! Our flat sale and purchase were mid-high-ish market, so they definitely had bigger commissions to chase than ours, but Heb made us feel like their only customer all the way, and that alone is worth gold when you're looking for an estate agent. The team on Blatchington Road are endlessly friendly, and they work so hard. I am thrilled to leave their 200th review on here, with five glowing stars.

We had the worse solicitor imaginable and only thanks to Bryan Hollands we were able to exchange contracts. He was always offering a good advice and funny, sarcastic comment to ease my anxiety. Thank you Bryan, Neil and Will! I can't recommend you enough!

8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I have an enormous amount of gratitude as well as respect and admiration for how Nick succeeded with the most difficult buyers to reach exchange yesterday. Having sold properties both in France and Ireland and an exchange in the UK yesterday it was clear from the start that Nick had the sellers interest at heart unlike previous agents internationally who were putting the buyer first. That said Nick brought a wealth of knowledge to many problems another agent had not the skill set to solve. Nick was at all times on the ball in a professional capacity with super communication and succeeded on exchange for me yesterday. I cannot thank him personally enough and rate him or his firm more highly. Thank you Noble Estates.
