From the moment I contacted them, the team were professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable about the Cardiff property market. They made selling our home feel smooth and reassuring keeping us informed at every step, arranging valuations and viewings promptly, and always being approachable for questions. Their personal, attentive service really stood out, and I felt they genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us. The staff, especially Caroline, Brad and Suzanne, went above and beyond to make sure everything ran well, which I truly appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, client?focused estate agents in the Cardiff area!

Daniel Rees, the agent at Savilles, made the process of buying as smooth as it could be. He was a calm, thoughtful and easy to communicate with throughout the process. We would be happy to recommend using Savilles.

He was friendly, professional and helpful and we quickly agreed the right price to market our property. We sold within a month of the bungalow being advertised thanks to the efforts of Paul and his colleague Jeff Hopkins. The experience and local knowledge of the staff at Jeffrey Ross resulted in a quick sale for us. Very pleased!
18th Nov 2020 (5 years ago)I rented an executive property with Keylet at the beginning of March and can honestly say that the keylet team went above and beyond to make my rental experience a good one. As I have recently relocated to Wales I was a unaware of the local area etc to which Dan in the lettings department went out of his way to fill me in with all the good things to do, as well as recommend a lovely area to live. Reading the reviews I see a mixed bag of opinions, however I can hand on my heart recommend the Keylet team to provide you with a property that will leave you feeling proud, secure and satisfied. If I ever find myself wanting to move again I will be using the team at Keylet.

20th Sep 2021 (4 years ago)It is a small business but with top quality service, no doubt. They don't have many listed properties but each of them are with reasonable price. Sally and David were extremely helpful finding us a brilliant landlord. Maintenances are always in time, communications are smooth. I got all my deposit back and did had a great living experience with Simpson Estates.

They were incredibly knowledgeable about the local area and made all costs clear right from the beginning, which I really appreciated. My property was off the market within two weeks of our first meeting, which speaks volumes about their efficiency and expertise. Throughout the process, they were always available whenever I needed them, approachable, responsive, and genuinely helpful. A perfect balance of friendly and professional service. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Any issues I had were handled promptly and with care, and communication was always clear and reliable. They made what can be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring, with excellent support from start to finish. I especially appreciated how they kept me updated and were always available to answer questions. If I could put 0 stars I would as I have never experienced such awful customer service and unprofessionalism - Writing on behalf of my family member. From the start of our renting journey with Chris John to the end when they had been taken over by MGY it was just an absolute nightmare. Rude staff, no urgency whatsoever to complete repairs even when urgent and just generally unprofessional. You can be waiting days if not weeks for a response or update. Even once we vacated the property the company continued to be rude and unhelpful. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Always ready to answer my questions and reassure me. The house sold quickly with three interested buyers which meant it sold for more than expected. Hopefully all will proceed smoothly but even if it doesn’t I trust the Hern and Crabtree team will be there to support the sale to completion.
