No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.
12th Mar 2026 (16 weeks ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.
8th Jun 2026 (27 days ago)We were very happy with the service provided by Bradshaw Farnham and Lea. All the staff were keen to provide us with updates and suggestions for possible property searches. The solicitors who were assigned to our sale and purchase were efficient, constantly in contact with ourselves and the other solicitors involved. Thank you Gethin and team.

Great service from Beth and Sammie. Excellent communication and constantly updating us what to do next. Thanks again to Keystone's, we couldn't have wanted a better Estate agent.

3rd Jul 2026 (2 days ago)Lesley Hooks sold my mum’s house for me when she moved away from the Wirral. I live 250 miles away, so we were fully reliant on them to manage the process. Everything they did was clear, logical and prompt. The house was sold within a week and the sale completed without incident. My regular contact was Jake Hellon, who was great to deal with. Overall I was really impressed and would recommend Lesley Hooks without hesitation.
9th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Avoid Karl Tatler Bebington, no communication, keep telling you excuses, no answers to phone calls, they don't even know about what they are doing. Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?
18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

In both cases, I received excellent service from the team at Constables. I found them to be professional, helpful, friendly and very effective at their job. I would use Constables again without hesitation.

She was very polite and quick to respond to a number of questions we had even after we had moved in and needed some info from the previous owners.
