No hesitation in recommending Fisher German.
10th Feb 2024 (2 years ago)Very responsive and helpful, much more so than other letting agents I approached when searching for a property. Letting process quick and reasonably straightforward although the online system sometimes seemed a bit daunting for a non 'techie'. The only aspect of the process that I felt was poor was the handover where I was just asked to attend the office to collect the keys and door code. There are a number of features of the property that I have had to discover myself or by talking to the building caretaker. An accompanied handover on the premises would have made this much easier.
12th Mar 2026 (23 weeks ago)Savills were the letting agent for my property for about 6yrs after being bought by Area Estates. Savills do bare minimum with regards to repairs and maintenance. Camilla Kirby who recently left the company was lovely and made every effort to assist with the limited authority she had, sadly she was replaced by Rachel Bentley who is condescending, rude and quite frankly should not deal with the public in any capacity. Following a S21 notice due to selling before the new landlord rules come into affect in May, they attempted to charge £760 for removal of a fish tank from the loft of property despite it being in the property from the beginning of the tenancy and having no proof it wasn’t. She lied in a reference and stated that it couldn’t be changed as the director had approved it, and when I pressed her saying the reference was factually incorrect she stated “the DWP may be able to assist you with something in writing about your benefits”.

From start to finish, she was absolutely amazing — managing our expectations brilliantly, keeping us fully informed at every stage, and genuinely caring about our experience throughout the whole process.<br><br>Nothing was ever too much trouble for Katie. Her communication skills are nothing short of exceptional; she was always responsive, professional, reassuring and went above and beyond to make sure we felt supported and knew exactly what was happening.<br><br>We have been absolutely wowed by the level of service we received. Buying a house can be stressful, but Katie made the whole experience feel so much easier. We always felt that we were in safe hands and that she genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us.<br><br>We are incredibly grateful for her amazing support, hard work and dedication throughout. 9th Jan 2024 (2 years ago)Avoid Karl Tatler Bebington, no communication, keep telling you excuses, no answers to phone calls, they don't even know about what they are doing. Every time new person replying your calls and guess what they saying, I am new, not familiar with your case.... asking same question again and again to you. Would you call that " time wasting or unprofessionality" ?

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Superb in every regard. Professional from start to finish.<br>No sales patter, just the business-like service you would hope to receive when selling your house. Ben is excellent at assessing the house and bringing the transaction together.<br>Liz is an excellent progressor who does exactly what the job title suggests - and very efficiently.<br>The photographs on Rightmove were of the highest standard.<br>To top it all off Hewitt Adams gave this service for a price much lower than some of the competitors. We couldn't be happier and I'd happily recommend them to everybody.<br>Must add that I am a Mortgaged Broker and have been for decades. I've seen what good and bad service looks like in our business. Ben and his team offer the highest quality service you could wish for.

In both cases, I received excellent service from the team at Constables. I found them to be professional, helpful, friendly and very effective at their job. I would use Constables again without hesitation.

From start to finish, the team were all incredibly helpful, supportive and professional.<br>Communication was genuinely second to none, as they kept us informed throughout the whole process, always taking the time to answer our questions and put our minds at ease. Selling your first house can feel quite daunting, but they made the whole experience feel so much easier and less stressful.<br>We’re so grateful for all their help and would highly recommend them to anyone!
