28th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Generally excellent service from Intercounty, particularly Kelsey Foster. Thanks so much for your assistance.
21st Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)After experiencing several issues and having lost faith in our previous Harlow based letting agent, we approached Kings in Church Langley with a view to transferring our business, specifically Brodie Clark, their Regional Lettings Manager.
From our initial telephone contact with Brodie to our meeting with her in person shortly afterwards, she has been consistently knowledgeable, proactive, transparent and thoroughly efficient with regards to the transferral of the management of our properties. She has liaised effectively with our tenants, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and in place and on numerous occasions she persistently chased our previous agents who stalled the process.
Having instilled a much needed confidence in us, we are looking forward to dealing with Brodie and her team at Kings moving forward.

Highly recommended them for your property needs.

22nd Jan 2026 (9 mo. ago)The whole team at Arkwright’s in Saffron Walden have been a joy to work with. From initial contact, to the sales details - including a very inventive video, made on the only rainy day for weeks and weeks with a ‘Singing in the rain’ sound track! l had several viewings in the first week and an agreed sale within around 2 weeks ( after having been with another agent for 4 months with no viewings at all) The whole process has been easy, efficient, profession, respectful and friendly. I would highly recommend them and especially if you have a slightly quirky property. Thanks to all.

26th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)We’re absolutely delighted with Wright & Co. After trying to sell our house with other estate agents, Richard Williams managed to find us a buyer and was fantastic from start to finish.

Richard really went the extra mile for us. He guided us through the whole process, kept us updated, helped move things along when needed and genuinely felt like he was holding our hands all the way through to completion.

He was always easy to get hold of, both in the office and on his mobile, and if I ever missed him he would call me back very quickly. That level of communication made such a difference during what can be quite a stressful process.

A huge thank you to Richard and the whole team at Wright & Co for all their hard work, patience and support. You’re all stars! We would happily recommend Wright & Co to anyone looking to sell their home.
