5th Apr 2026 (5 weeks ago)This company does not refund your refundable deposit and charge you in fees when doing a reference check. I suspect they did not even do a credit check and just bank every applicants deposit knowing full well there is no properties for rent. I suspect this is a scam and I had to make multiple calls and even promises to drop by their office. I would advise you all to have caution when dealing with this company.

What makes our perspective a little different is that we work with them on both sides—we rent out a property through them, and we also rent a property from them ourselves. A friend who was a pleased client suggested using an independent agency, iPropertyuk . I'm pleased to report that within a few weeks, my property was rented at the asking price, and I saved several hundred pounds on commission.

They were helpful, honest, and never pushy, which made the whole process far less stressful than I expected. No pressure tactics, just clear guidance throughout and even support after completion.
