He really listened to what we were looking for and consistently sent us properties that genuinely matched our criteria. He was personable, easy to talk to and, importantly, never made us feel pressured. We actually looked forward to arranging viewings with him because he didn’t use the typical estate-agent sales tactics or create unnecessary urgency around making offers. Having worked as an estate agent myself, I know the techniques that can sometimes be used to encourage buyers to act quickly, so I really appreciated Ronnie’s straightforward and relaxed approach.<br><br>Tanya was equally fantastic when she showed us the house we eventually bought through Paul Graham. She gave us plenty of time to look around properly, never rushed us and was completely honest about the level of interest in the property rather than trying to create artificial competition. It made the whole viewing feel comfortable and allowed us to make our decision in our own time.<br><br>Their approach was genuinely refreshing and something I think many estate agents could learn from. They were patient, honest, professional and a pleasure to deal with throughout. She always provides fair advice on repair responsibilities and works hard to minimise unnecessary costs while ensuring the property is well maintained. She has been dealing with a particularly problematic tenant and has kept me informed every step of the way, providing regular updates and maintaining excellent communication throughout.<br><br>More recently, I received a court summons from the council relating to charges that should have been paid by the tenant. Aggie immediately took ownership of the matter, liaising directly with the council and providing all the necessary documentation to resolve the issue. Thanks to her prompt action and diligence, we did not have to attend court.<br><br>She also contacted the energy company on my behalf and ensured that my details were removed from the account, as the tenant was responsible for the utility bills. This saved me a significant amount of time and stress.<br>Aggie is professional, proactive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile.<br><br>Her dedication and attention to detail have given me complete confidence that my property is being managed effectively. He was punctual, professional, friendly and incredibly reassuring throughout the viewings. Junior took the time to explain the current market situation clearly and honestly, which I found extremely helpful. He was well prepared, supportive, understanding, and always happy to answer my questions. His knowledge, professionalism, and approachable manner really made a difference and made the whole experience much less stressful. Our agent Maykel has been great, he’s very communicative and kept us in the loop at all stages. He’s really friendly and helped us out in a key emergency which we really appreciated. Their contractor was very nice and quick to fix any issues once we moved in. A couple minor delays with the moving in process but overall would recommend.

They listen to my needs and concerns when selling a property and made sure everything from pricing to marketing is in line with what I need. I love the fact that they update me very quickly on any viewings so I don't have to chase. Louis from their branch is absolutely amazing! He cares about his clients and gives them an amazing experience. I put my full trust in Louis and Cubitt & West to. If you're looking for an estate agents that are that care about their clients, are quick to update you and provide excellent guidance + transparency then I 100% recommend this branch.
