A great service all around .

1st Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)From the initial valuation visit with Charlotte through to the handling of viewing appointments at the sales office , everything was extremely efficient. The online portal is really useful and always up to date. Charlotte was very personable and took some great photos of the house .All the staff we dealt with at the office were very helpful , Jade kept us informed at all times and dealt with our offer situation really well. I would definitely recommend.

22nd Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)I could not recommend Conor and the team more if I tried. My Mum suffers with anxiety and also suffered the loss of my Dad whilst selling, through the whole sales process they supported her, were understanding and explained everything thoroughly. Once the sale went through, they still followed up with her, customer care was 5* and I have nothing but positive things to say and would thoroughly recommend to anyone.

He always replied to messages swiftly – even on his day off – and we had complete faith in him. His advice was sound and timely and despite a nightmare journey through the conveyancing, he was determined to get us through to a successful sale. We wpuld thoroughly recommend recommend Marcus and Life Investments Estate Agency.

27th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Terrible to deal with. Poor communication and very questionable practices of gazumping, asking for unofficial deposits & contract races - totally unethical. I found them to be very obnoxious and demeaning to the point where I just gave up trying to purchase through them. Nobody wants to do business under these circumstances and I really feel for the inexperienced graduates that they employ as it's a poor example of professionalism to pass on to the next generation.

Richard who came to do the valuation was on time, very personable, had a good knowledge of the area, and valued the property correctly. I have been kept fully up to date by email, message and phone calls at every stage from day one. I would highly recommend this estate agent. Excellent from start to finish.
