10th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.

Everything was handled in the most gentle, sensitive, and professional manner. We have always dealt with Teresa, who is so helpful, calm, and thorough. No question is ever too silly and believe me, we have asked plenty! We are incredibly grateful to have such a hands-on team who deal with everything to such a high standard. Thank you for all your hard work and for helping us through some of the highs and lows of life. ?????? Julia&Matt

He tells you exactly how things are, gives practical and realistic guidance, and genuinely looks after your interests. His knowledge of the local property market is excellent, and you always feel that his advice comes from real experience and a strong understanding of the area.<br><br>He is also extremely proactive. Garry stays on top of things, keeps the process moving and follows up when needed rather than simply waiting for things to happen. He has always been approachable, reliable and easy to deal with, which makes a huge difference during what can otherwise be a stressful process.<br><br>After working with him for both renting and selling, Garry is definitely our go-to person for anything property related. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.

From the beginning, Georgina has been incredibly friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the property. It is clear that she takes a genuine interest in both the house and her clients. She has kept us fully up to date at every stage, and has gone above and beyond to help us, even taking calls and assisting us outside of normal working hours. Her communication has been fantastic, particularly when liaising with the solicitors, and she has always been honest and reassuring. She has put us at ease throughout what can be a very stressful process. We cannot thank Georgina enough for all of her help and support. She has been an absolute pleasure to work with!
