17th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)Excellent communication , good advice. Abigail was very professional and knowledgeable. Constantly kept me updated on activity . Chasing my solicitor and also buyers solicitor too . Great communication. Highly recommended.
22nd Mar 2024 (2 years ago)Bought & sold through Andy and had amazing service on every occasion
17th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately they could not sell my home, whilst thats not entirely thier fault as the market is tough right now. I experienced poor communication, a lack of strategy and ultimately it didn't feel like they were bothered to sell my home. There was also some frustrating times of chasing for feedback after viewings, not being told viewings were cancelled and never once did they offer to facilitate a viewing. Also no offer or discussion to even give me a For Sale sign outside my home and I had to chase them to post my home on thier Facebook page weeks into the process.
10th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)Really wanted to give a zero, the communication from this company is abysmal, they never answer the phone and take an eternity to reply to emails. We did manage to book a viewing of a property we really wanted and were in a position to buy but nobody from the company turned up for the appointment and again I was unable to contact anyone. I wonder if the vendors are aware of the way they are marketing their property because if it was me I’d soon be looking for a new agent. Disappointed I wasted my time trying to pursue this house when I have better things to be wasting my time on.
7th Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)As a first-time landlady, I had no clue what was involved in the process. Lisa Swinnerton and your staff at Howkins & Harrison at Atherstone were brilliant at explaining every step of the process and answered all my questions, no matter how small or complicated they were. I felt so supported and well looked after. Highly recommend!" It took less than a week to find a tenant too.
4th Jun 2026 (21 weeks ago)We have used Waters and Co for many years now — from buying our first home in 2003, to wills and house deeds, and very sadly settling my Mom’s estate after her passing in 2020. Everything was handled in the most gentle, sensitive, and professional manner. We have always dealt with Teresa, who is so helpful, calm, and thorough. No question is ever too silly and believe me, we have asked plenty! We are incredibly grateful to have such a hands-on team who deal with everything to such a high standard. Thank you for all your hard work and for helping us through some of the highs and lows of life. ?????? Julia&Matt

29th Sep 2026 (28 days ago)We have used Wright and Wright for several years to rent out our house. We have always had excellent service and they are very responsive to any queries. They handle change over of tenants in a very speedy and efficient way so we have virtually no time where it has not been rented. I would be happy to recommend their service.
29th Apr 2026 (5 mo. ago)Although selling a house is stressful I knew that if I had a question I could either go to branch or phone and whoever I dealt with treated me with courtesy and respect

23rd Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)Fantastic agents, great communication
20th Jul 2026 (14 weeks ago)I feel the marketing of my property was very poor. It was placed online and forgot about, no other marketing explored or attempts to get buyers in through the door. The only contact I had from my agent was to push for the price to be lowered. I decided to list with a dual agent and the property was sold in a few weeks.
23rd Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)Very thorough, always able to get hold of, excellent service

2nd Oct 2026 (25 days ago)We decided to use Riva Lily after our daughter recommended them to us after following them on social media. Must say, everything was as they said and we were very happy with the photos and service. The group whatsapp was easy for keeping in touch and we liked the fact they handled the viewings for us. Very happy to recommend them in Loughborough.
