Exceptional Service – Highly, Highly Recommend!<br><br>What more can I say other than slick, efficient, friendly, professional and attentive!<br><br>We recently completed the sale of our family home, and I wanted to personally express my sincere appreciation to the entire team at Jackson-Stops, Alderley Edge, for making what could have been a stressful experience an incredibly smooth and positive one.<br><br>James really knows his market and, more importantly, knows exactly how to sell a home. His expertise, honest advice and strategic approach were invaluable. Not only did he achieve a sale above our asking price, but his guidance helped us secure a buyer quickly and navigate the entire process with confidence and minimal stress.<br><br>Of course, behind every great estate agent is an equally fantastic team, and we had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Shari, who was simply wonderful throughout. She genuinely held our hand through the process, seamlessly bridging the gap between ourselves and our buyers. Her warmth, kindness, patience and willingness to go above and beyond made such a difference.<br><br>What particularly impressed me about Shari was her attitude. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and rather than saying something couldn’t be done, her approach was always to find a way to make things work. That positive, caring and solutions-focused philosophy is something I believe truly sets the Jackson-Stops team at Alderley Edge apart from the rest.<br><br>Selling our family home was a significant milestone for us, especially as we prepare to relocate to Australia and begin a completely new chapter in our lives. 21st Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)Amanda, Helen,Gerry and the whole team were all amazing and couldn’t have made finding a new home and the experience of moving any better for us. Communication was brilliant, all very helpful and happy and obviously take great pride in their jobs and the service they provide. Moving house is very stressful but the whole team took a lot of the stress away for us and made moving an enjoyable experience. From all our family we are extremely grateful to them.

22nd Oct 2026 (5 days ago)All the staff at the Knutsford branch have been amazing. Dev, Frances and Doug, have been a huge help, professional, friendly and on the ball, throughout. They have always been on hand to take our calls and answer emails, did a great job of showing potential buyers around the house and we were really impressed with their photography skills, the home video and the advert in general. We sold the house and Dev especially, has stuck with it, every step of the way. Regularly calling us with updates, chasing for things to push along the progress and seen it right through to the end. He's always been on hand for help and advice, and has been spot on, with everything. Thanks to you all, so much. You are all very dedicated and hard working. And all very nice and personable, people. It's made the stress of moving house, that bit easier!
15th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)Horrific lettings department, had a terrible experience of a rental property, the place was dirty mouldy and full of old furniture the day I moved in , I had to decorate & put new carpets in - amongst other repairs, on vacating they tried to keep my deposit ( admitted the garden needed attention) but wright marshall aided the landlord to helping them suggest lots of issues I'd not caused, realising I had evidence of the state of the place they then tried a different tact. Came up with another list of issues , then more . I have obviously taken this up with deposit scheme , I will have to fight tooth & nail to get my money back , I believe they are dishonest and sneaky & would not recommend them nor would I suggest a rental ,they are not trustworthy in the slightest. They work in collusion with the landlord and will try their best to diddle you out of the deposit especially on managed let's.<br>They tried to suggest I'd scuffed walls & needed part of deposit to re decorate ( i had gone to the trouble of filling all holes & redecorating myself ) when I left - I've added photos to show state of the walls the day I moved in and the mess ( look at the wc !!!!) , I'm only showing on here to prove their dishonesty and the bare faced cheek to demand money<br>I had a professional clean , I put new carpets in & left them shampooed.<br>Be careful with this bunch - seriously they will try and have you over. She is proactive and incredibly easy to work with, and we always felt that she was genuinely committed to getting the best outcome for us. Her advice always turned out to be sound.<br><br>She kept communication flowing, stayed on top of the chain, chased things when needed and consistently went above and beyond. Emma's hard work and determination made a real difference to our sale, and she managed the whole process with a lovely combination of professionalism, calm and good humour.<br><br>We are so grateful for everything she has done and couldn’t recommend her highly enough.

Very professional showing, explained each property well and had great ideas on any adjustments we might want to fit our lifestyle. She was prompt, communicative and very accommodating. All properties were clean and laid out well, photos matching physical show. Georgie also took the time to check in throughout our progress of buying, remembering details and ensuring we had up to date information. It really meant a lot to us how empathetic she was when our original sale fell through. Would definitely recommend northwood and would be happy to have Georgie Fletcher show again.

Townbridge what a team.<br><br>Indulge me but Imagine sitting in your living room with your house freshly renovated, and your other half finds a 120 year old house on RightMove she fancies.<br><br>Not even on the market we viewed the property during its first open day. With lots of interest during the day we didn’t think we stood a chance. Most of the others interested were on the market already.<br><br>A long shot but we called Ian from Townbridge and explained our situation, he was up for the challenge! The Townbridge team created the perfect write up, complete with an awesome photo shoot and we were on the market. Several viewings, followed by an offer and we’d done it, we’d beaten the rest.<br><br>We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, the whole team were welcoming, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt well looked after and kept informed, (April must have been fed up with my calls but she was cracking!) The whole purchase went very smoothly, and that was largely thanks to the support we received. Thank you to everyone involved for making selling and buying our home such a positive experience!

We used one of the solicitors that they recommended and that was a good move too. Wheatcroft even managed to get our completion date brought forward by a month! Highly recommended.

The lovely 'Alex D' my sales negotiator was superb throughout, she went far beyond any expectations; by not only being positively meticulous with the sale, getting the best price and giving me tremendous advice, she also took personal charge in driving forward a particularly poor and sluggish solicitor acting for my buyer. If it were not for Alex's unwavering determination outside of the box, I am sure the sale would have fallen through. I unequivocally recommend Alex to any future customer.
