Buying or selling a home is such a big thing, and they really understand that. They take the time to listen, pay attention to the little details and make sure you feel looked after every step of the way. It’s the little things they do that make such a difference and put you at ease. You never feel like just another customer. I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. A proper lovely team who go above and beyond.

14th Oct 2026 (13 days ago)Tried to get a written statement from them for a claim as our property purchase fell through due to no fault of our own. They ignored my emails and when my wife called and spoke to Liberty on the phone she wasn’t very helpful and abrupt, asking why my insurance company needed that. It would have taken 5 minutes just to give us the details for our claim. She said she would email back but I am still yet to hear from the estate agent . Very poor communication throughout entire moving process and adding unnecessary stress .

Communication has been excellent from the outset, with questions answered quickly, requests passed on to the landlord promptly, plus regular updates throughout the process.<br><br>I particularly appreciated that Josh always acknowledged receipt of my emails, even when they didn’t necessarily warrant a reply. It’s a small detail, but it made a real difference and meant I always knew things were being dealt with.<br><br>The whole process has been professional, efficient and straightforward. I’ve felt well supported throughout and would happily recommend Sophie, Josh and the lettings team.

Rhonda kept me smiling, even when it got stressful, and Carl was the most professional and reassuring person to speak with throughout the process. If you're buying, selling or both, this is an absolute gem of an agent! They went above and beyond...I'd give 10 stars if I could!
18th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)I am leaving a 1-star review because this entire application process was unnecessarily stressful and lacked basic professional standards. From the very beginning, the experience felt like a joke. During the two separate times we viewed the property, the agent who showed us around had literally no clue about the house and couldn't answer any of our questions; it seemed she was just there to unlock the door.<br><br>After having our offer accepted, I personally discovered the attic was severely compromised by spray foam insulation, active water leaks, mold, and rotting timber. The agency claimed neither they nor the sellers had any idea the spray foam was there, yet they later provided documents proving the foam had been replaced in 2019. Marketing a property without checking the attic for such a well-known, major structural and mortgageability issue shows a complete lack of due diligence.<br><br>Instead of working constructively to resolve the problem, the agent, Laura, continually pressured me to find workarounds with my lender to push the sale forward despite the mouldy sprayfoam and possibly the rotting wood. When I visited the office for a simple update on my stalled purchase, Laura dismissively told me she had "40 houses to sell" and didn't have time for just mine. Being overwhelmed with work does not justify speaking to a client so disrespectfully.<br><br>Furthermore, they refused to refund a £30 fee, despite the fact that the property had massive, undisclosed defects that made it un-mortgageable. I strongly advise potential buyers to proceed with extreme caution, conduct your own thorough inspections, and expect poor customer service if your purchase encounters any hurdles.

1st Nov 2025 (11 mo. ago)Well it all started good. Then when you try to phone, your call constantly goes to voicemail. They say they return all calls, well this was not the case. At the end of the 16 week contract we split with Woodward. We thought going for a small local company would be a good idea, this was unfortunately a bad idea. We did not sell, when was got the keys returned, rather than talk to us, to have any feedback, literally they posted the keys through the letterbox and ran off. Bad experience in general. I would not recommend.

Tom and Natalie went above and beyond to help us sell our home and were incredibly supportive throughout the whole process. Communication was excellent, and they were always easy to get hold of whenever we needed anything. The online portal was also fantastic for keeping track of progress and knowing exactly where things were up to, which made the whole experience much less stressful. We’re so grateful for all their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you so much ??????
