Beyond just the paperwork, they provided invaluable advice on current regulations and other compliance requirements I wasn't fully aware of. Their expertise saved me a lot of stress and potential legal headaches. Highly professional, knowledgeable, and proactive—I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to any landlord. They are clearly experts in their field and deliver their service with a personal, professional touch. Excellent communication throughout.

I had many requests which they’ve professionally coordinated with the landlord, and efficiently fulfilled. Full marks for Megan, Ryan and Scott!!! As a current tenant, I’m happy that they are managing the flat well now with prompt assistance??????????????????

17th Apr 2026 (22 days ago)We contacted this agency today about a rental property in cockfosters London and had a very concerning experience. I was told that before even arranging a viewing, I had to complete an “income check” by opening my banking app and following their instructions so they could verify my finances in real time. I was also told that if I refused, they would not show me the flat. This is not normal or acceptable practice in the UK. On the same day, my English friend called about the exact same property. He was not asked to do any of these checks, even when he mentioned he could provide payslips. There was no mention of any banking app access or unusual verification process. This difference in treatment is extremely concerning and raises serious questions about discrimination and possible racism based on background or accent. Everyone should be treated fairly and equally when enquiring about a property. I am aware of my legal rights and will consider reporting this behaviour to the relevant authorities and the local council. Practices like this should be properly investigated to ensure tenants are protected from discrimination and unsafe requests for personal financial information.

We are incredibly grateful for their honesty, transparency, and clear communication throughout the entire process, which made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. Zaid, in particular, has been an absolute asset to the team. His kindness, patience, and constant reassurance meant so much to us, and he genuinely felt like part of the family by the end of our journey. We got there in the end! She always came prepared and had done her research on each property and was able to tell me all of the positives of each property as well as follow up each time. She knew exactly what I was looking for and always kept me in the loop of any new properties coming to the market that matched my criteria. When it came to selling our house, I knew I wanted Yvonne as our agent. She did not fail to deliver - she managed to sell our house in less than a week at full asking price - not as easy feat in this current market! Yvonne comes across as genuine and attentive. She’s a rare gem and we feel very lucky to have found her. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Yvonne and Bairstow Eves again.

24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)Vanessa McCallum are experts in the local market. They will give you a realistic valuation, rather than wasting your time making over-inflated promises on value. I decided to sell with them for this reason, and also because they did not immediately start trying to sell me financial products, which I always find off-putting. Vanessa McCallum Estates obviously care very much about the community they serve, and they worked hard to find a lovely family to buy my property. A friendly and professional service throughout. I wish the team every success as they totally deserve it.

From start to finish, the service was exceptional, and the sale of my flat was handled with professionalism, care, and genuine commitment. A special mention has to go to Nick, who truly went above and beyond at every stage of the process. He was proactive, responsive, and always willing to take the time to explain things clearly and keep me updated. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his dedication made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring.

23rd Apr 2026 (16 days ago)We have just sold our house with Chas Lowe having failed to sell over the course of a year with another, much bigger firm. We were glad we made the change. Our house had an unusual layout which doesn’t appeal to everyone. James immediately suggested several changes that made perfect sense and were implemented immediately. We soon realised that any estate agent can gather viewers but it takes resilience and a certain talent to get those viewers to buy your house. After sales, especially with tricky buyers , is where Chas Lowe earned their cut ten fold. Anthony was absolutely excellent. These guys clearly know their business. They are straight talkers and get the job done. We absolutely recommend them to anyone and wouldn’t hesitate to use their services if we ever move home again.

From start to finish, they were professional, proactive, and highly knowledgeable about the market and the area. Richard gave clear guidance on pricing and communication was consistent and reassuring throughout the process—I was always kept up to date, and any questions I had were answered quickly. Hausman and Holmes were recommended to me and I’m glad they were, what stood out to me was how they managed the entire process with a calm confidence during and after completion.
