She guided us through the process with care and kindness, was always available to speak and nothing was ever too much. He always kept in touch and promptly returned calls and messages. Right from the start and throughout, he gave sound advice and demonstrated a willingness to go the extra mile to make the sale happen.

10th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)It was my first time renting in London, and my flatmate and I ended up staying in the property managed my Network Agencies for 3 years!<br>Andy was helpful right from the start in setting up a viewing, throughout the tenancy, as well as at the end during our departure. Very professional overall, and very quick responses to emails :)<br>The property itself did have some issues, both when we first moved in and also gradually over the tenancy. The maintenance team, especially Alex and Dino, were usually very fast in getting someone out to help us. Only for some matters of a larger scale which required days of work was there delay in deciding the dates.<br>Overall a good experience!

AVOID like the plague. Won’t even send anything over that counteracts HM Land registry official documents. Enabling trespassing and harassment. Blocking our sunlight and failing to even provide a time or date when it’s being cut. No parking in their tenants AST. Yet they take up not one but 2 parking bays in the car park when their 1 space is allocated around the corner. Ridicules those with disabilities and refuse to make reasonable adjustments under equality act 2010 to write back on email. LEGAL ACTION PENDING against them and to the redress scheme they are subscribed to. 0/10

He was always responsive, proactive and incredibly helpful, and made what could have been a stressful transaction feel much smoother. He kept things moving, communicated clearly, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference. I’d happily recommend Louis and Elderton & Co to anyone buying or selling in the area!

From the initial valuation & advice, to liasing with solicitors to get things moving along, responding to our emails extremely quickly & just generally making us feel confident and reassured along the way.<br>Claire really helped take the stress out of selling.<br>Cannot recommend Claire highly enough!!!!

He handled the sale of my house with a really high level of professionalism, I’d previously used a more traditional estate agent as I hadn’t come across EweMove, the contrast was night and day and Paul made the selling experience enjoyable.<br><br>Paul was knowledgeable, approachable and kept everything moving when it could easily have become stressful.
