I felt genuinely looked after and valued throughout the entire process, and I honestly can't recommend them enough. 23rd Mar 2026 (7 weeks ago)Craig Anthony Ashcroft & Mrs Beverley Gepp of The property studio Barnet ltd are decietful and have no regard at all about the rights of those living adjacent to their tenants. AVOID like the plague. Won’t even send anything over that counteracts HM Land registry official documents. Enabling trespassing and harassment. Blocking our sunlight and failing to even provide a time or date when it’s being cut. No parking in their tenants AST. Yet they take up not one but 2 parking bays in the car park when their 1 space is allocated around the corner. Ridicules those with disabilities and refuse to make reasonable adjustments under equality act 2010 to write back on email. LEGAL ACTION PENDING against them and to the redress scheme they are subscribed to. 0/10

He was always responsive, proactive and incredibly helpful, and made what could have been a stressful transaction feel much smoother. He kept things moving, communicated clearly, and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. As a first-time buyer, that made a huge difference. I’d happily recommend Louis and Elderton & Co to anyone buying or selling in the area!

Luckily for us, O & A introduced us to our now forever home which made communication seamless and quick so we couldn’t be happier with the process and how things panned out. They didnt shy away from any questions and were reassuring when things got stressful. Thanks guys!

Even how to have the flat looking and getting ready for viewings.<br>Next easy to sort viewings, flexible with times. Updated me when needed to, replied Promptly and made it happen real quick. She really was a lovely person.<br>So thanks Hobdays, see you again in the future. Thanks for selling flat in Seabrook Court. Lesley

12th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)During my viewing with Mr Soobh, I felt uncomfortable due to comments about my choice of clothing and inappropriate remarks regarding bedroom size. The whole experience felt unprofessional. I was referred by a neighbour who secured a property late last year, so I expected better, especially given the type of properties involved. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend, and I wouldn’t advise any woman to attend a viewing alone.

26th Apr 2026 (13 days ago)Awful. Do not respond to emails. Do not follow up on issues. Take money from rent without proper explanations. Has been ignoring written request to terminate contract from 6 months ago. My attorney has been in touch. Not responding to his request for information on where rent has been going for last 12 months. You don’t need to know who I am. Every single person in this situation, resolve it promptly and you will see this type of review goes away. Period
