Miller Town & Country Powered By eXp UK - Okehampton
2 Jacobs Pool House, 11 West Street, Okehampton, EX20 1HQ(116 reviews)
14th Sep 2026 (6 weeks ago)As landlords, my husband (now deceased) and I have been very appreciative of Pure Lettings (now Miller Town & Country) for very many years. I have continued the association with trust and confidence and they have been very suppportive at a difficult time for me. I am also selling a property with the Estate Agency dept. Again, I have found them extremely capable, efficient and have been able to have good communication and support.
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Posting on behalf of my mother who says "I can't praise Bond Oxborough Phillips enough. The Bude office is always welcoming and friendly, as well as highly professional. A special mention and huge thank you has to go to Alex."
30th Jun 2026 (17 weeks ago)I've bought and sold several houses and never come across an agent as good as this. Everyone I dealt with in the office was fantastic - efficient, professional, helpful - but Geoff in particular was an absolute star. Usually my experiences with estate agents are tolerable at best, but D. R. Kivell was a pleasure to work with, even when it got a bit rough at the end. I can't speak for the seller they represented, but certainly when dealing with us as buyers it was clear that they were looking out for her interests too, and they were extremely fair and up front throughout the process. If I ever sell the beautiful house they sold to me, they would be my first choice of agent. I can't recommend them highly enough.
18th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)We initially had a viewing with Harley, who gave us a really thorough show around, nothing was too much.

We decided to purchase the property and dealt with Gareth, who knew the property inside and out. He was absolutely fantastic, allowing us to view the property a handful of times to see snagging, take measurements and was great at communicating. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

On moving day, colwills rang me before my solicitors (who were also fab) to allow me to pick up the keys, great service, thank you!
28th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)I think the original estimate was much too high and has wasted time, I have reduced the price by 10K and still no interest
21st Oct 2026 (6 days ago)Excellent service from Dan, Laura and the team at Kivells
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Adrian was incredibly helpful and attentive, very impressed with webbers Torrington
9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)Tried to purchase a park home through this agent..absolutely shocking attitude to detail meant travelling to visit a property in Devon from Kent was an utter waste of time...twice!!. They have since added a comment on the on line details advising people of the fact that there are park rules and other things to bear in mind - all the things we found out about by accident
19th Oct 2026 (8 days ago)Mark Proctor and his exceptional team are delightful to work with, very professional, approachable and knowledgable. It’s been a real pleasure.- 23rd Oct 2026 (4 days ago)Can't thank Webbers of Bude enough for all their help with the sale of my Dad's house. We have been treated respectfully, any issues resolved fairly and concisely and in a timely manner.
18th Oct 2026 (9 days ago)We cannot thank Jack Alford from Kivells Estate Agents enough for the exceptional service he provided in selling our property. From the very beginning, his communication was outstanding. He kept us fully informed throughout the entire process, was always quick to respond, and ensured we felt supported every step of the way.

Nothing was ever too much trouble for Jack. He was professional, approachable, and proactive, always willing to go the extra mile to help. His efficiency and swift handling of every aspect of the sale helped make what could have been a stressful experience run as smoothly as possible.

Jack's dedication, expertise, and commitment to achieving the best outcome for us were evident from start to finish. We are incredibly grateful for all of his hard work and would highly recommend Jack Alford and the team at Kivells to anyone looking to sell their property. A truly first-class service and a pleasure to work with.
16th Aug 2026 (10 weeks ago)A massive thank you to all the team at Stags, Bideford for getting our sale and purchase over the line. It was excellently handled and big thanks to Zara whose client skills are superb and Adrian Tinker for continuing optimism and support. This is the 4th move sale/purchases using Stags - and although we don’t plan another for a very long time - wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

10th Oct 2026 (17 days ago)What should have been a simple sale, turned out very stressful the last three weeks (buyers solicitors were useless) but View staff worked very hard and kept us well informed at all times. They seemed as much relieved to get the sale across the line as we did. Would definitely recommend them to anyone selling in and around Launceston area!Bond Oxborough Phillips - Holsworthy

They were very respectful and friendly during the viewings. The portfolio that was created for our house was exceptional and gave potential viewers an honest outline of our property. 8th Sep 2026 (7 weeks ago)An incredible experience with GTH, especially Curtis who was our main point of contact throughout our purchase. The whole process was a smooth as it could have been even though the moving process in the current world is incredibly stressful! He was always available for calls, communicated well, kept us in the loop and went above and beyond for us as a family who were relocated from over 280 miles away. We cannot recommend him or the company enough.

9th Oct 2026 (18 days ago)We've had recently purchased our first home and had the pleasure of working with Greg Dennett and we can't recommend enough.
