26th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)The most useless company to deal with with the most unprofessional staff .I have been chasing my tenancy deposit for the past one month ,3 months after I left the apartment but effort is not paying off. I have called several time but they wont pick their calls and if they ever pick the call ,the manager is not always on seat ,they won't reply your email. If there is anything less than 1 star.i would not hesitate for one moment to do that.

Their recommended solicitors Juno were very good with automated workflow to keep things moving. Their guidance on pricing was accurate and realistic. Highly recommend using them.

It was a challenging house, and Abbie was always positive and enthusiastic . She knows her local market and has a wide range of contacts. She achieved a good sale in a dropping market, her advice was well structured and accurate, and delivered in a pleasant manner. Sue Okell

He was fantastic throughout the whole process, really listening to what we needed as a family and made suggestions for other properties which suited our needs. We’re looking from out of town and he was knowledgeable on the local area. We made an offer and a house and Harrison was fantastic throughout the negotiations. We’re looking forward to progressing further with Naylor Powell.

24th Apr 2026 (15 days ago)" In the first fifteen years of their existence Powell's Rural Surveyors have established an enviable reputation as the place to go for those selling property with land. So, in November 2025 I asked them to market my property in Monmouth with nearly half an acre of land. Sophie Pilot was my allotted contact at Powell's and in the period November 2025 to completion of sale in April 2026 , performed far in excess of my expectations. This was in respect to viewings, support and resolving issues with those in the chain. This was particularly important in the last week before exchange when real issues arose. She worked late, including weekends harassing those who were causing delays and ensured that progress was maintained. I would thoroughly recommend Powell's if you have a property with land to sell and Sophie as the person to handle viewings and deal with purchasers " Regards David Cummings

They kept me informed throughout the entire process and were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns.
26th Jun 2024 (1 year ago)Having a listed thatched property to sell was no challenge for Trivett Hicks Estate agents Ross on Wye who found us a suitable buyer and continued to see the sale through smoothly . Attention to detail meant that we were happy and informed as was our Buyer. An experience that could have been stressful turned out to be more than satisfactory.

16th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)I bought my first home through Appleby's and can not recommend them enough. Kate and the team were always very polite and quick to respond to any queries I had. They were happy to show me round the property at a very short notice and provided me with the keys within an hour of completing my purchase. I interacted with a few different local agents when looking for a home, and the service offered by Applebys was the best by far.

Always very helpful nothing to much trouble and always put our minds at rest with little niggles as the sale took longer than planned. If your in need of an Estate Agent you couldn't be in better hands will without doubt use them if we ever move. Thank you for everything ????

28th Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)Hills have been professional, genuinely helpful, and warm from the very beginning. Every interaction with them was pleasant and reassuring. Whenever issues around dates or logistics came up, we initially found ourselves worrying — only to realise there was no need, which says a lot given our past experiences with other agents. Unlike many property agencies, Hills genuinely care about their clients’ experience. They were consistently accommodating, supportive, and proactive. It’s clear they take real pride in what they do, and we feel they deserve recognition for operating at a noticeably higher standard than other agents.

Nothing has been too much to ask, Ryan has kept us up to date, allowed us to have a second viewing to measure up and has been lovely, easy to talk to and very professional throughout! We would happily recommend Chosen Estate Agents to others when buying a house if you want frequent updates, peace of mind and a friendly, customer focused approach!
