We had the pleasure of meeting Kam during the property viewing, and the house was beautiful, located in a quiet and peaceful area.<br><br>Kam was incredibly friendly, showed us around the property, and was also the person who helped us secure the house. Throughout our tenancy, we were never disturbed by unnecessary inspections. Whenever we had an issue, it was dealt with promptly. When we gave notice that we wanted to move out, they were very understanding.<br><br>I have nothing but appreciation for Sonia Estates and would happily recommend this agency. I especially recommend Kam as an agent—he is an amazing person: friendly, professional, calm, and always willing to help. Whenever we needed guidance, he politely explained what we needed to do or who we should contact.<br><br>Thank you very much for your hospitality, and we wish you all the best and continued success in the future! ??????????????????

She guided us through the process with care and kindness, was always available to speak and nothing was ever too much. They were always available to answer our questions, even outside their normal working hours, which made such a huge difference and gave us so much peace of mind.<br><br>From my very first viewing, I met Kamlesh and explained that I needed to complete the whole process within just a month and a half. To my surprise, they managed to get everything completed in just 28 days! Honestly, that was unbelievable and far beyond what I expected.<br><br>They went above and beyond to make everything smooth and stress-free. On first meeting John, he was very professional and friendly, making myself feel very assured that we'd chosen the right Estate Agent for us. We felt their valuation was spot on, the marketing photos looked great with communication via WhatsApp and email being very good from start to finish. Megan, especially, kept myself calm, as it was a very stressful process over 10 months. Megan came across as being very professional, friendly with a calming influence. We couldn't have undertaken this sale without Megan and John. Highly recommend Fairfield Estate Agents.

3rd Aug 2026 (20 days ago)I cannot recommend them enough. James and team (specifically Anthony and David) were incredibly approachable throughout both transactions we've done through them. We've bought our property, and sold our previous property through them and in both instances everyone at Chas R Lowe were helpfull, professional and very patient.<br><br>You can expect clear communication, availability, and the benefit of their experience and advice at every step of the process. If we ever need to move for whatever reason, we'd be really keen on using them again in the future.

Cancelled appointments and numerous excuses throughout, it’s ironic that they sell themselves as a more bespoke and individual service when actually I felt the complete opposite. Josh was our agent and I wouldn’t recommend.

Any time an issue arise in the apartment, they acted immediately to resolve it. Moving out and getting my deposit back was also a completely smooth, stress-free process.
