The external contractor-led vetting process was a bit lengthy (perhaps understandably so), but overall I have found this to be a professional, reliable company.

He was professional, super helpful, friendly, quick to respond, and we really felt looked after - an estate agent with our interests at heart. Although we didn’t find anything through Foxtons on this occasion, I would highly recommend using De’Andre!

22nd Aug 2026 (3 days ago)I have been looking for an apartment in London and it hasn’t been easy given how quickly the rental market moves. I worked with Ellesse from Johns and Co. who has been lovely to work with. She was extremely proactive with keeping us informed on any properties incoming, offers put on the house, was open to help us negotiating the rent as well.<br>Ultimately we decided to go another way as we found a more preferred house but I definitely prior recommend working with Ellesse!!

10th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)I had an appalling experience with this company. I arranged a house viewing which required me to travel for 3hrs+ there and back. 10 minutes before the viewing I texted the agent (Ahmad Wain) to double check I was in the right place. He immediately viewed it but offered no response. He was then 5 minutes late at which point I called him and he didn’t answer. I then had to call the office at which I was told the viewing had been cancelled, which I obviously I hadn’t been informed about . This was 30 minutes after the viewing was supposed to have started. It was a complete waste of my time and was immensely inconsiderate.<br>The next day I reached out to the agent to say I was dismayed at the events but I was still interested in the property. He never responded.<br>Then 3 weeks later the company had the audacity to reach out again to see if I was still interested in renting.<br><br>I am appalled at this company’s behaviour, they clearly have very little consideration for their customers. Being a real estate agent is a painfully simple job and to be this incompetent is astounding. I would strongly advise against any students or young people using this company.

They are very professional and I was given updates regularly. They took the stress of selling and letting completely away. They go over and above to give confidence to the transactions. Steve and Alex were always available to talk to and were excellent in dealing with letting and selling. As a landlord they are very helpful when problems may arise with the property to help and give advice to resolve the issues. I would not hesitate to use them again.

24th Aug 2026 (1 day ago)Our experience with Chase Evans has been extremely disappointing from the beginning. As tenants, we have experienced consistently poor communication and an unacceptable standard of professionalism in the way our concerns and issues have been handled.<br><br>Whenever we have tried to contact them, they have repeatedly avoided speaking to us directly, dodged our calls, told us they would call us back, and then failed to do so. We are left chasing them for updates and following up on issues that they themselves have said they would deal with.<br><br>What is particularly frustrating is that they respond to complaints with emails apologising, acknowledging our concerns and stating that they will take our complaints seriously, keep us updated and move matters forward, only for nothing to actually happen afterwards.<br><br>There has been a clear lack of efficiency, organisation, accountability and professionalism throughout our move-in process. Issues have been poorly communicated between different parties, appointments have been missed, and we have had to repeatedly chase for basic updates and repairs.<br><br>I also fully expect the response to this review to be another performative apology asking us to contact customer service. We are far beyond that point. We have already raised our concerns repeatedly, spoken to the relevant people, emailed, followed up and given them more than enough opportunities to resolve these issues. Despite this, they continue to do very little.<br><br>What should have been a straightforward move has instead been an unnecessarily stressful and frustrating experience. As tenants, we should not have to constantly chase a letting agent to communicate with us or follow through on what they have promised.<br><br>Based on our experience so far, I would not recommend Chase Evans. The standard of communication, professionalism and treatment of us as tenants has been extremely disappointing.

After 2 failed processes with different estate agents, Tom Ashwood and co really helped us and allowed our husband and I to get our keys within 3 months!
