From start to finish, Abbey was brilliant in helping us secure our mortgage, as well as sorting out our life insurance and buildings and contents insurance.<br><br>She was incredibly open during all of our discussions, clearly laying out every single option available so we could make the best choices for our situation. Her approach is the perfect balance of friendly and professional, which made what can be a stressful process feel incredibly easy.<br><br>No matter what questions we threw at her, Abbey had an answer ready. 20th Jun 2026 (15 days ago)From start to finish, Pennington were fantastic and stress free.<br><br>The initial viewing with Robert was a pleasure, he was very informative and answered every question we had accurately.<br>We left the property after viewing and immediately felt like we were satisfied and happy.<br><br>Throughout the application process, Jemma was very patient and helpful. The platform Pennington uses is efficient, seamless and made reference checks and applying for the property effortless.<br><br>Once this was done, we had our move in date. We went to their office to pick up the keys, Joe was there to hand us our keys and answered any questions we had in a friendly and professional manner.<br>Clare introduced herself as our property manager and made us aware of a maintenance repair that was booked in at the building the property resides in ahead of time.<br><br>The whole experience was pleasant, effortless and the team at Pennington have been friendly and professional throughout.<br><br>Thanks.

Even when we faced several setbacks, James never gave up — he stayed positive, persistent, and always one step ahead. We couldn’t have asked for a better agent.
15th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)We recently had the issue of trying to sell a piece of land in Framlingham which had full planning permission but was curtailed with a Unilateral Undertaking with ESCC. Oliver Johnson, a Director of Clarke and Simpson, could not have been more helpful. He navigated us through the intricacies of planning, found a buyer and when our solicitor, Ross Coates, was closed down, he found us a new solicitor who rapidly concluded the sale. Oliver`s handling throughout could not be faulted. His communication skills and support were amazing with immediate e-mail and telephone responses. Without the knowledge and contacts that Clarke and Simpson have, I doubt that we should have sold the land, let alone advertised it. A definite rewarding experience for us. Georgia, Darcy and Marcus went above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible, especially given the challenging circumstances we were facing with our previous tenancy. They were professional, responsive, kind and genuinely caring — always keeping us informed and making us feel like a priority. Moving home with a young family is stressful at the best of times, but having such a dedicated team behind us made all the difference. We absolutely love our new home and it’s largely thanks to them. Highly recommend Leaders Felixstowe to anyone looking for a letting agency that truly cares about their tenants. In particular we would like to give a special mention to Manager Tanya who has without question simply gone above and beyond. Nothing has ever been to much trouble and she has always kept us updated of where we were at in the process even when the Solicitors at times did not. She is an excellent communicator and negotiator and it is not hard to see why she is the Manager. Tanya truly is a superb Estate Agent and one that we would highly recommend. We would at the same time like to give special mention to her team of Ryan Lilley and Jay. They are always so helpful, professional and positive. Ryan is a very polite and bright young man who will go far we are sure. We would once again thank and praise Tanya and team for all they have done which has enabled us to start a wonderful new chapter in our life. Thank you all and we really are so truly grateful.

She was patient with us and very personable at the same time of being professional, as we viewed the bungalow several times to help us make our decision. Would recommend her if you’re planning on selling. Sales progresser, Zoe was constantly in contact with us and the conveyancer wanting to know where we were in the process and what was happening which is heeat for sellers!

Jamie was a superstar throughout, from the no nonsense no pressure visit to value our house right through to supporting us through a very lengthy sales chain and at times nail biting process. Very patient, a great listener and gave us some good advice. We appreciate everything that was done to be able to secure us our new home

We're retired and wanted to rent .the lady who got us sorted were exellent could not be more helpfull and they call the lady Donna who dos the letting. She found us a lovely place to live with everything we need .went in to office in woodbridge and all the staff made us all at ease and a cup of tea .and everything went very quickly so we could move into new home .very very big thank to Donna and the staff in office.
