Make lots of promises and will not deliver do not use ,,, I am very disappointed and would not like you to be the same its have development property with 5 holiday lodges and gentlemen told me he would be very interested in this property and selling units he is a lier do not trust this company

28th Feb 2026 (18 days ago)Great experience selling my Dads bungalow in Swaffham. The whole team bent over backwards to help in every way they could. In particular Tony and Emily who I dealt with the most were amazing and very professional as well as being kind and considerate. They were a great help as I lived over 2 hours away from the property and I was able to leave most things to them to sort out. I would highly recommend them for selling and I am sure purchasing a property in the area. 22nd Sep 2025 (25 weeks ago)I phoned Brown & co today in Norwich regarding a property to ask whether or not it was still for sale. I was not met with a friendly voice appreciating my interest in the property but was just told the owner was considering the best offer of sealed bids. I was then put through to another lady who greeted me with an abrupt tone of voice, I asked if she could take my name as I am looking for a similar property, she took my name and said I will let you know if something similar becomes available. Firstly she didn't give me time to finish telling her my full number and it seemed quite apparent she did not value me as a potential customer and made no enquiries about the area I'm looking to move to. It seems Brown & co have their favoured clientele and I'm certainly not one of them. I am in business myself and I value my customers it's a shame Brown & co doesn't do the same. DM Norfolk

The most recent took 3 x monthly £40 (plus VAT) for their new RLP protection in one monthly bill from my 83yr old mother, leaving her unable to cover her care costs. There was one communication (which we cannot locate) that apparently told us to let them know if we DIDN’T want the RLP cover! They went ahead and took the money. When questioned about this practice, the company refused to issue a refund, leaving an old lady out of pocket.

From day one, it felt like I’d known Patrick my whole life. He made the whole process straightforward, and even during the stressful moments, he put my partner and me completely at ease. I still keep in touch with him now, he’s a top chap and someone you can genuinely rely on. I would highly recommend Kavanagh Hayes Estate Agents. Thank you to all of you for everything. We love our new home.

Charlii is lovely and knows when to step back and when to lead when viewing a property - we felt really relaxed and able to take our time viewing. We’ve been updated tremendously through their team at CompleteAsap (Amelia is lovely to talk to!) and I am so so grateful that Euan and Bradley joined the team while we sold our property through their previous agency as it means they were able to see it to the end. It’s been an incredibly hard couple of years for us and Euan has honestly been my rock, I could just call and say ‘help’ and he’d fix it in whatever way he could. Hopefully I’ll never have to move again ???? but if we ever do, I’ll be calling them without a doubt. Thank you so so much ??

Will Mullan was our main point of contact and was incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the process, despite the fact that to this day we have not met in person because of the pandemic! The whole experience was really positive (aided hugely by the lovely couple who sold us the house); with no games being played and clear communication throughout, which I really value. Sadly this has not always been our experience elsewhere! Whenever we had a question, Will was available on email or on the phone. His colleagues who showed us the house and brought us the keys on moving day were also very friendly and professional. Thoroughly recommended.

They updated us regularly throughout the process and were always happy to answer any questions we had through both the selling and buying process. A genuinely friendly team too which made viewings etc so much nicer! Thank you so much to all of you ??????

5th Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)I chose Whittley Parish for my first move in 48 years because they are a small, local, independent business. Of the three agents that I initially considered, Alex Parish demonstrated the greatest local knowledge and the best understanding of my requirements. I have no regrets about my decision to commission them. Throughout the whole process, from the initial planning session to the completion of my sale, Alex and his colleagues were professional, reliable and always did whatever we had agreed. Their communications were clear and they were responsive to all of my questions or concerns. They were supportive to me personally and showed a good understanding of all aspects of the sales process as well its legalities and practicalities. I recommend Whitley Parish without any reservations.

Contact was efficient and only when necessary, and when we got to the the negotiation phase Ollie was helpful and helped us get the deal over the line. We're now in our new home and the Norfolk Agents definitely played their part!

We spoke regularly to Mike Bidwell who was our main contact and he was very proactive in trying to move the purchase along. Mike also went out of his way to resolve an issue after we'd moved into the property, which we are very thankful for. Based on my experience I have no hesitation in recommending Exquisite Homes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
