5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)I went to Elissia for help with selling a tricky property. I had in mind what I wanted to do. She advised me otherwise and was absolutely spot on with her advice. We sold at auction, the property went as expected, and the process was made very easy. Jonny, Abi and Hannah were fabulous. I am immensely grateful for their assistance in what was a difficult situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Elissia and team.
16th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)The sales agent assisting with our purchase of a Leeds property, Jacqueline, has been wonderfully helpful and informative during this process. She has even offered us contacts with needed contractors and services throughout the process making this easier for us and the sellers alike. So glad we found our new house through William Brown's in this area.
5th Jan 2026 (7 mo. ago)I would recommend everyone to avoid this ‘letting agency’. At the end of my tenancy, the communication was extremely poor, they did not inform the landlord of key information and threatened me with deductions from my deposit. It took over a month to receive any information about the deposit (despite chasing) and when I finally received a response, the deductions were laughable. A £200 cleaning fee despite the property being in a better state than when I moved in. A charge for late return of keys despite no incoming tenants and the extra days being agreed by the landlord. I questioned this and asked for evidence of cleaning invoices etc; I never got a response. I had to open a dispute with the DPS to get my money back, funnily enough they managed to respond to that. Overall a terrible and hugely stressful experience which I did not appreciate when moving house.

8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)avoid if theyre going to give you a house under RNL!!! check the reviews for RNL property management before choosing a house through haus, the reviews here seem good as the house finding process is so fine but as soon as youre moved in everything is handed over to rnl and theyre a nightmare.<br><br>My room had a window that didnt shut for months which was blown open in the wind and my whole room was soaked with rain (it was unlivable and i had to stay at a friends house for days) they eventually bolted it shut in october then replaced it finally at the end of november (i moved in in july) they charge you for stuff you didnt break and you wont get your full deposit back even if the house is spotless.<br><br>friends who also had a house with them had mould in kitchen cupboards and more issues that just didnt get resolved. In the RNL reviews, people had even worse experiences, the reviews are wild so please check, be careful!!- 18th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)We recently purchased a house through Dacres Ilkley. Vicki’s communication has been second to none, and she continues to provide support when needed even now the purchase is complete. They tell you what should be done, tell you when and how it will be done and deliver. They made the whole experience stress-free, were 100% professional, have an outstanding knowledge of the local property market business with the added bonus of amazing value for money and you can't ask for more than that. Thank you to you both!
20th Jun 2026 (9 weeks ago)Our house sold to the first viewers within the first week of being marketed so we've only had limited contact with the Estate agents so far but everyone has been extremely friendly and helpful. They had great knowledge of the house and the area and were able to provide the buyers with lots of useful information about the house when they came for the viewing. They've been very responsive in getting things moving quickly. Very pleased with the service we've received so far.

25th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)As first home buyers Walker Smale was great. Simon was always available and accommodating, answering all our questions and liaising between us and the vendors. The team also responded to emails very quickly so there was never a hold up with proceedings.

Both Robert and Alicia in particular are extremely helpful and patient, and all questions and issues I’ve had are always dealt with quickly and effectively. Thank you guys!

21st Apr 2026 (18 weeks ago)They persuaded me to sell with them after massively marking up my home. This meant we were viewing properties out of our reach and that in a matter of weeks they asked for a £20k drop to our asking price. This meant we could not move on as hoped so we had to withdraw. Basically I lost £600 in advertising and cancellation fees. If I’d had an accurate valuation in the first place I would never have put it on the market.

She was prompt in responding to every enquiry and any question I had. A viewing was arranged quickly, and once I fell in love with the flat, the whole process was completed in no time. 11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)We purchased a house last year as first time buyers with Lauren as the agent and the process itself was very disappointing and unorganised throughout. Details of the chain were not made clear, an hour before we were to collect the keys (after self employed family members took the day off) there were attempts to delay further and it’s fair to say Lauren’s best interest was with her seller over anyone else - When my partner expressed her dissatisfaction with constantly being messed around Lauren was extremely unprofessional and began a shouting match down the phone. I understand buying and selling houses can be stressful but it should be special buying your first property and we were left feeling deflated and disappointed when we finally moved in. We weren’t even congratulated post completion which says all you need to know. Won’t use this company again if possible.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
