Ross and Colin are extremely knowledgeable and have a great understanding of the town and community.<br><br>I wouldn’t hesitate to use Christopher Pallet for our next house move!<br><br>It’s also been lovely to see how involved they are in the local community which I have seen first hand at my children’s schools and at local charity events.<br><br>Keep up the great work!

Very friendly, great communication and actually go to bat for both their clients (Tennants and landlords) Keneisha and Tia were very good at keeping open channels of communication and guided me through every step of the way. There were no barriers of entry and the helped to keep the process streamlined. They explained everything well and promptly responded to every query I had, no matter how small or big they were. If i ever leave this property, I will use Northwood again to find me a new home.

16th Jul 2026 (5 weeks ago)Terrible experience over the phone. I didn't get the name of the guy who spoke to me but he said he was in charge of Marigold. I asked to view a property then I was asked tons of questions and asked if I could give notice to my landlord before viewing. I explained that I would have to view the property first to see if it was suitable before giving notice to my landlord. The man spoke rudely and was very arrogant and direct trying to belittle me. First he asked for 2 guarantors which I told him I had, then he asked where I was living, my name and lots of personal details before he exclaimed that I would be wasting his and my time if I viewed the property. He went on a rampage about how I need to give notice to my landlord before I can view the property and irrelevant things just to get me off his case as he obviously does not accept dss tenants even though it is against the law to do so. So he indirectly told me he wouldn't accept dss, I would not recommend this letting agency as they clearly do not abide by UK law.

5th Aug 2026 (18 days ago)One call undertook a complete refurbishment of my one bedroom flat - new kitchen, bathroom, lights, doors, plaster work, redecorating. Super reliable and high quality job pretty much on time (the heatwave slowed work a few days which is understandable). No nasty surprises when a couple of unavoidable issues popped up and I made a few new choices - I was always fully aware of cost and timetable. Highly recommended.
