Leone, Mark, and the rest of the team kept us fully informed throughout and were always an absolute pleasure to deal with. Their extensive knowledge of the local area was a massive advantage, successfully turning unsure viewers into final purchasers. I cannot recommend their estate agency highly enough. Five stars!

Especially grateful to Samantha for her helping getting through putting in an offer, going through referencing and finally signing the lease. She has been quite helpful in getting my requests through to the landlord for things like fixing some small faults and getting additional cleaning. She is a very kind and helpful person. Also thanks to Renata who showed me the flat at my first viewing and picked up on some issues that needed sorting by the landlord like a drippy tap and some loose drawers. She went to communicate these to the landlord and they were sorted by my second visit. Overall very happy with the team :)

Having to sell a house that has been in a family for many years could have been a very stressful experience but was made so much easier by their professionalism, empathy & understanding. They not only found us a buyer in a matter of days but also an amazing new house when our original purchase fell through!<br>They fixed the chain incredibly quickly when it broke quite far down the line and were very good at keeping us updated throughout.<br>The team are great, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

I really appreciated you both making yourselves available at short notice to deal with the situation. Your knowledge and experience are second to none. I felt very comfortable taking the tenant to court, and I was even able to recover my court fees. I would highly recommend the landlord support service.

From the vet first conversation to the finish, he made what could have been a stressful process feel completely effortless.<br>Matthew’s communication was genuinely second to none. He was incredibly responsive, kept us updated after every viewing and always made sure we knew exactly what was happening. He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would highly recommend Rob to anyone looking to sell their property.
1st Oct 2026 (26 days ago)I viewed a property with Ali from Nova and he did such a great job in showing me around that I walked away with him being the agent for the sale of my property , fast forward 3 months and I have moved into that same property I saw , Nova sold my property and it has been a seamless wonderful experience topped off with great ongoing service from Gerda after offers were accepted. She kept me up to date and kept me informed and was the first to congratulate me. A great experience from a wonderful team .
27th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)I had seen a lot of negative reviews about Ideal Property but I chose to ignore the red flags because, with every review, they seemed to have a defence or explanation for what people had experienced. Unfortunately, I didn’t understand the seriousness of those reviews until I experienced it myself.<br><br>I genuinely regret the day I decided to become your tenant and I sincerely hope our paths never cross again.<br><br>I’m sure you may come under this review to defend yourself, just as you have responded to others. However, I hope anyone considering becoming a tenant or working with you will take the negative reviews seriously and not make the same mistake I made by dismissing them.<br><br>I can confidently say that my experience was extremely stressful and disappointing. Looking back, I wish I had trusted my instincts when I first saw the numerous negative reviews.<br><br>I’m sharing my experience as a warning to others: please do your research, pay attention to the red flags and don’t ignore repeated negative experiences from previous tenants.<br><br>For me, this has been a serious wake-up call and I hope someone else can learn from my experience and avoid going through the same situation.
