The let involved arranging some preparatory refurbishment and certifications which were all delivered promptly and competently through the agency. All the subsequent steps eg marketing, tenancy arrangements and schedule of condition have been managed with similar efficiency. So far, so good, thanks!
16th May 2026 (7 weeks ago)Very disappointed with the service I received from Connells during my recent tenancy process. I have dealt with other staff members at Connells before and never had issues, but my experience with Ashley Thompson-Boyle was extremely frustrating due to poor communication and misinformation throughout the process. Communication throughout the entire process was very poor. I constantly had to chase for updates myself. I was also told that on the key collection day all I needed to do was sign paperwork, pay, and collect the keys. However, when I arrived on the moving day with van rentals and arrangements already booked, I was suddenly informed that the contract was not ready because the deposit process had not been completed through the zero deposit company, something that had never been clearly communicated beforehand. This delayed my move-in by a full day and caused unnecessary stress and additional costs. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability when these issues were raised. This is genuinely the first time I’ve ever written a complaint or negative review about an employee or agency, but the overall experience was stressful and far below the standard I expected from a well-known letting agency like Connells.- 1st May 2026 (9 weeks ago)We had a really good experience with Connells from start to finish. The team was always helpful, responsive, and made the process feel much less stressful throughout. A big thank you to Shane for his support with the mortgage and home insurance. He explained everything clearly and was always there whenever we needed help throughout. Also, thanks to Joe for managing the rest of the process and keeping us updated throughout. We’re very happy with the service, would definitely recommend Connells, and will happily use them again in the future. Their lifetime membership is a great benefit as well, as it makes future purchases even more straightforward.

He made the home buying process very easy and was available when required to answer any questions. He knew the house inside and out, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured at any point. What stood out most was how approachable and genuine he was. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and was happy to explain details about the property and the local area. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. A real credit to the estate agency, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie to anyone looking to buy or rent a property.

Both suggested Country Properties, and we’re so glad they did. From start to finish, our experience was fantastic. Selling a property can be stressful, especially when you’re dealing with it from a distance, but they made everything as straightforward and hassle-free as possible. A special thank you to Sasha, who was incredibly helpful throughout the process. Her support, communication, and professionalism were greatly appreciated. We would highly recommend Country Properties to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

Sophie our lettings agent was extremely helpful, professional and understanding especially when we couldn’t move as soon as we would have liked. Jamie and his team were so helpful throughout the whole process. They were always able to support you on the end of a phone in their calm, friendly and possitive manner.<br><br>They are a truly wonderful team to work with, lovely people, efficient and showed such professionalism throughout.<br><br>I would not hesitate using Country Properties, Shefford again and highly recommend them. 21st Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I Called up the Bedford office to try to arrange to view a retirement property they had advertised for sale and the agent was very vague about the property and didn't know if it was still for sale or not,& ummed and arred, & couldn't find it on their system even thou it was on rightmove and had only been for sale for a few days, i will get someone to call you back A-sap, that was 6 days ago???????????????????????? and still no return call, really feel for the vendor as its cost them a sale as luckily for me another agent had one for sale in the same block i called up & arranged to view the next day, sale agreed on viewing ..SIMPLE AND HOW IT SHOULD BE,!! So thanks Leaders for nothing..

9th Jun 2026 (26 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

He also put us onto an excellent solicitor who always kept us unto date with progress. Overall marketing of our property was good with Ariel views and good internal photos.
