From the outset, Simone and her team Jenny and Ellie were attentive, receptive and incredibly accommodating.<br>The marketing was outstanding. The professional photography, virtual staging and beautifully written property description showcased the home perfectly. Thanks to your expertise, the rental price achieved was well above any previously reached locally, and you secured the full asking price.<br>I appreciated the thorough and meticulous checks carried out on me as the landlord at the start, as well as on all prospective tenants. Being able to meet the tenants personally before finalising the tenancy was also invaluable.<br>Viewings were organised promptly and handled with professionalism and courtesy. I received regular, detailed feedback after each viewing, and communication throughout was always polite, prompt and proactive.<br>Once the ideal tenants were found, the referencing, documentation and final steps were managed with thoroughness an attention to detail.<br>Overall, the service provided was personal, outstanding, and truly exceptional. He knew the house inside and out, answered all of my questions honestly, and never made me feel pressured at any point. What stood out most was how approachable and genuine he was. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and was happy to explain details about the property and the local area. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about helping people find the right home. A real credit to the estate agency, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Charlie to anyone looking to buy or rent a property.

Right from the start, I have been treated with respect and courtesy, even if at times I got a bit stressed. Hunters kept us updated at all times during the sale and we particularly liked the 360 tool as part of the house advert online - meaning buyers could see the measurements of the room, try it with/without furniture and reducing the need for lots of viewings as it was very accurate and available 24/7 online. Thank you!

However, Chase and his colleague Erien have gone above and beyond for us to support and help with any questions we may have had! With their quick responses and in depth searches for the best deals i can’t fault them! Erien has worked around the clock to get us the best rates for our mortgage! He was friendly and really good at communicating with us with viewings and how things were going. Once we had an offer on our property, Adam showed us our house we are in now off market and we fell completely in love. He made so much effort to make sure it all happened.<br>Although the timeline was long, no fault of Adam’s, he stayed constant in communication when we needed and was always there.<br>Would definitely recommend and use again.
