They made the whole process from beginning to the end as easy as possible for me. They were all extremely sensitive to my situation and made me take my time with each process. I can't thank them enough.

We have just purchased a property through them and Paul and the team were incredibly helpful, insightful and supportive throughout the process.<br><br>The team were very knowledgeable about the properties they showed us and it was clear that they were concerned with ensuring that both the seller and the buyer were left satisfied with the transaction.<br><br>In particular, Jack was very helpful during the initial search and Paul has been incredibly supportive throughout the process.<br><br>The team were very patient as well during times when the transaction looked to be quite wobbly and were able to ensure that all parties were kept up to date and made sure that we were able to see through the purchase.<br><br>It is very evident why they have a lot of the market in the area, as well as having strong knowledge about the market, they are incredibly personable and care about the work they do. I would definitely recommend Robsons for anyone looking to sell.

From our first enquiry to receiving our valuation, everything was handled with efficiency and care. Charlie arranged our valuation super quickly and provided clear, honest advice that made the whole process feel straightforward and stress free. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble and every question is answered promptly and thoroughly. They were professional, proactive, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. My flat sold very quickly after changing agencies, and the whole process felt smooth and well managed. They also work with an excellent solicitor, Rebeka,which made everything quick and far less stressful than I expected. I would highly recommend Aqeel, Sohayl, and the Promptmove team to anyone looking to sell their property. Truly outstanding service!

She was patient and supportive, while also helping to move a very stressful process forward without ever being too pushy, which we really appreciated. We also felt that Hunters Leighton Buzzard had some of the better listings in the area at the time we were searching. 3D modelling is an amazing idea. We would happily work with them again when the time comes :)

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)They say bad news travels fast but I believe good news should travel even faster, whilst my buying journey is just in its early stages, the experience I have had to date has been extrenely genuinely . My initial phone call was answered by Jack, and having coming from a sales background I find myself spotting a 'sales process' a mile off, which usually shows itself in the form of an over bearing and quite frankly off putting interaction that a lot of companies operate with. This is not the case for this company. Being able to actually have a genuine conversation with a considered person who's main concern was to find out more information so he could simply help me better. Sincere and refreshing. Whilst we havent found 'the one' yet. I have no doubt in the future we certainly will. Thank you Jack and Akeman
31st Jan 2026 (7 weeks ago)Absolutely unacceptable service. We had a property viewing confirmed and arranged, only for the agency to cancel ONE HOUR before the scheduled time. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. People plan their day around viewings — cancelling at the last minute like this is careless and disrespectful. If this is how they treat potential clients at the very first interaction, I can’t imagine how they handle actual tenants or buyers. I would strongly advise others to think twice before dealing with this agency.
