The property was continuously let throughout that time; Savills always found excellent tenants and provided first-class support, including when a complete kitchen refurbishment was undertaken. We were extremely impressed how both of them kept in touch regularly, always returned our calls, even making calls in the evening if necessary. We particularly wanted to mention Isobel Clarke who has kept in touch regularly with updates and new properties on to the market, she has always been professional, helpful and friendly and a pleasure to speak with and goes beyond to make you feel valued. We have now found our forever home with Brown & Merry and and going through the buying process with Lucy, there has been excellent communication throughout. 14th Aug 2026 (9 days ago)So far the service from Connells in Dunstable has been amazing from first speaking with Will to viewings with Luke to the sale and purchase of properties.<br>They are all very support and professional and ready to answer any questions<br>Brody and john have been at the end of the phone/ email .<br>John ready to ensure negotiations move on<br><br>Luke in particular was great at showcasing our home to potential buyers and regularly feed back to me .Always on time and ready .<br><br>We have sold and bought through Connells and would recommend this bespoke approach keeping it all in house

6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)We have just sold through Quarters and due to the excellent service we received we encouraged two neighbours to sign up with them.<br>We decided to choose Quarters as we had looked at houses through multiple agents and I much preferred the no pressure attitude. Just friendly and happy to guide and answer questions with honest advice.<br>We cant stand sales pitch nonsense and Quarters definately didnt try this with us.<br>The other thing I like about Quarters is that you can speak to anyone who answers the phone, they work as a team. Unlike others where you have to wait for someone to return from lunch or finish another phone call because you have to deal with the same person.<br>They kept in touch regularly to check we were happy and once we sold they helped check in with the chain and chase if needed.<br>Highly recommend.
17th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)A series of unfortunate events (on the sellers part) meant I could never complete on the house I was buying through Robinson’s.<br><br>Charlie was really good and worked until the death of the transaction to try and get things through.<br><br>Gutted to have not made it work but the determination, willing and genuine care was really visible throughout.<br><br>Special shout out to Mark too!!

9th Aug 2026 (14 days ago)As a self-employed first time buyer, I had a lot of questions and concerns so I was lucky to find Luke as a mortgage advisor. He was patiant, knowledgable, and took the time to go through all my financing options in great detail to help me understand and figure out what would be the best. I hadn't expected a mortgage advisor to be there for the entire buying process and it was very reassuring to know I had someone to answer my questions. It also worked well that, being in the same office, Luke could liase with the sales team at Brown and Merry and pass information through quickly.<br>The sales team were friendly and efficient and Maisie took me to see the property as many times as I needed. A great team who didn't pressure or rush me, but made buying my first house much more pleasant than I had thought it would be. Thank you!

31st Jul 2026 (23 days ago)I was disappointed with the level of communication throughout my experience.<br><br>After submitting an offer on a property, I repeatedly had to chase for updates. On several occasions I was told the negotiator was unavailable and that I should call back later. I wasn’t kept informed about whether my offer had been presented or what the seller’s response was, and I felt I had to do all the chasing rather than being updated proactively.<br><br>Most of the staff I spoke to were polite and professional. However, my experience with Winston was very disappointing. While I was trying to explain my concerns, he repeatedly talked over me instead of listening. I also felt that the call ended abruptly, as he put the phone down before I had finished explaining my point. That left me feeling frustrated and that my concerns were not being taken seriously.<br><br>Buying a home is one of the biggest financial decisions most people make, and clear, respectful communication is essential. Even if there is no update from the seller, a simple phone call or email to keep buyers informed would make a significant difference.<br><br>I hope the branch takes this feedback on board and improves both its communication and customer service.

Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.

1st Aug 2026 (22 days ago)Connells have been absolutely fantastic. We had our house on the market for 20weeks with another agent and we had no interest whatsoever. We then signed with Connells, and within 2 weeks we had 2 offers on our home! We than found our new home through them soon after and everything has been smooth sailing and pleasant. The staff at the Leighton Buzzard branch have been amazing from day one. They offered knowledge, reassurance, empathy and kindness along the way and we couldn't have asked for more. Brian, Sophie and Hayley have all made our very stressful house journey much simpler. And today we got to meet Jake, their newest team member who was also kind and knowledgeable of all Leighton Buzzard has to offer. Fingers crossed for a smooth completion!
7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)Definetly was not happy with Taylors in Dunstable. It was obvious I actually never understood anything when selling my home..But, I soon learnt literally overnight and realised the extortionate price 'he' charged me using a silly printed piece of paper with figures on and with no percentage either stating the fees on selling a home. As 'he' smugly pointed out "he was worth it" luckily with help from a friend who pretended she was selling her house to find out the fees from Taylors, I realised i could get a 1 % fee instead of his greedy extras on top.<br>They never sold my home reason being it was over priced and it was their price and not mine..I had 2 viewings which i still believe were fake and was let down each time an hour before and one actual viewing with half hour notice given however, but with a lovely young lady from Taylors and she gave me feedback straight away.<br>Yet I still would never ever use Taylors again because it was all about making extra money from me in anyway 'he' could.
