The transaction became more complex than expected due to legal issues that arose, which significantly extended the usual completion timeframe. Throughout the process, Kayleigh’s communication, level of customer service, and dedication to seeing the purchase through were outstanding. She consistently went above and beyond, and it was clear she takes real pride in providing a personal and attentive service. I would highly recommend her and would not hesitate to work with her again in the future. Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

He was full of knowledge and offered great advice and support, Jake really took the time to understand my needs and I can not recommend enough - genuinely great customer service!

The whole team are professional, approachable and genuinely committed to delivering the best experience possible. A very special mention has to go to Charlie, who truly goes above and beyond. From our first enquiry to receiving our valuation, everything was handled with efficiency and care. Charlie arranged our valuation super quickly and provided clear, honest advice that made the whole process feel straightforward and stress free. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble and every question is answered promptly and thoroughly. 1st Mar 2026 (17 days ago)After almost a year on the market with no results, I switched to Aqeel and Sohayl at Promptmove — and I’m so glad I did. They were professional, proactive, and incredibly helpful from start to finish. My flat sold very quickly after changing agencies, and the whole process felt smooth and well managed. They also work with an excellent solicitor, Rebeka,which made everything quick and far less stressful than I expected. I would highly recommend Aqeel, Sohayl, and the Promptmove team to anyone looking to sell their property. Truly outstanding service!
17th Feb 2026 (29 days ago)Poor unprofessional<br>4 weeks of only one way of communication from my end. 8 -12 calls to know update and apparently the property is rented out prior.<br><br>Spoke to 3 different people and all come put with different stories.<br><br>No professional conduct whatsoever.

2nd Mar 2026 (16 days ago)Simone has been very helpful throughout the process. She is knowledgeable about both the property and the local area, always responsive, polite, and punctual for viewings. She was patient and supportive, while also helping to move a very stressful process forward without ever being too pushy, which we really appreciated. We also felt that Hunters Leighton Buzzard had some of the better listings in the area at the time we were searching. 3D modelling is an amazing idea. We would happily work with them again when the time comes :)

17th Nov 2025 (17 weeks ago)They didn’t sell my house. I had to pull them off and go for a PTX as they began to give me anxiety. They didn’t keep me up to date and when it came to speaking to my PTX company they gave inaccurate information which affected my valuation. They seem like lovely people but I don’t think I will recommend them to anyone as there were just too many issues that I felt I didn’t have to deal with.

9th Mar 2026 (9 days ago)I am so happy with the service I received from all of the staff at ‘Love Homes’ All staff went above and beyond which turned out to be a very long process, they not only done their job fantastically, they also played a key part in other departments right up until handover. It means a lot when you get the sense of people caring, and taking pride in their profession…be proud of yourselves and thank you so much for all your efforts along the way.

3rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)They say bad news travels fast but I believe good news should travel even faster, whilst my buying journey is just in its early stages, the experience I have had to date has been extrenely genuinely . My initial phone call was answered by Jack, and having coming from a sales background I find myself spotting a 'sales process' a mile off, which usually shows itself in the form of an over bearing and quite frankly off putting interaction that a lot of companies operate with. This is not the case for this company. Being able to actually have a genuine conversation with a considered person who's main concern was to find out more information so he could simply help me better. Sincere and refreshing. Whilst we havent found 'the one' yet. I have no doubt in the future we certainly will. Thank you Jack and Akeman
