Sophie our lettings agent was extremely helpful, professional and understanding especially when we couldn’t move as soon as we would have liked. We bought our house through him a year ago, and when it came to selling the home we were renting, there was never any question about who we'd use. Elliott has been brilliant from start to finish. He's easy to talk to, keeps you updated, and always does what he says he's going to do. Selling a house can be stressful, but he made the whole process so much easier and was always on hand if we had any questions. It never felt like we were just another sale. Elliott genuinely cared about getting the best outcome for us, and we're so grateful for all his hard work. If you're looking for someone who's professional, honest and genuinely nice to deal with, we'd definitely recommend Elliott. Thanks again for everything.

21st Jun 2026 (14 days ago)I Called up the Bedford office to try to arrange to view a retirement property they had advertised for sale and the agent was very vague about the property and didn't know if it was still for sale or not,& ummed and arred, & couldn't find it on their system even thou it was on rightmove and had only been for sale for a few days, i will get someone to call you back A-sap, that was 6 days ago???????????????????????? and still no return call, really feel for the vendor as its cost them a sale as luckily for me another agent had one for sale in the same block i called up & arranged to view the next day, sale agreed on viewing ..SIMPLE AND HOW IT SHOULD BE,!! So thanks Leaders for nothing..

He was friendly and really good at communicating with us with viewings and how things were going. Once we had an offer on our property, Adam showed us our house we are in now off market and we fell completely in love. He made so much effort to make sure it all happened.<br>Although the timeline was long, no fault of Adam’s, he stayed constant in communication when we needed and was always there.<br>Would definitely recommend and use again.
