Great filtering to only organise visit for serious potential buyers. Efficient follow through until from initial offer till completion. highly recommended;

17th Mar 2026 (1 day ago)We experienced an 8 week delay in getting our property live on site and once it was live the description was incorrect and very brief. We received very minimal communication throughout the 16 weeks and no updates provided without prompting from our side. We received no interest or viewings on our property and received no guidance or advice on how we could potentially improve this. Would not recommend for city centre properties or anyone trying to sell their property with a quick turnaround.

Olivia Allen our property manager provided us with a most efficient and professional service when our tenants moved out and she was proactive in advertising our property and coordinated seamlessly the process of onboarding our new tenants. Sarah O’Brien performed the valuation and I appreciated the information she had preprepared and advice she gave. Her approach was the deciding factor in why I chose A Wilson. I was lucky in that my sale was swift and straightforward and I found everyone in the office including Sarah Connolly extremely helpful and friendly. Every time I had need to call my query was dealt with and followed up, communication was brilliant and they kept the process moving. I found everyone very efficient and they did everything I needed very quickly. The whole team made what could have been a stressful experience very smooth and quick. I would recommend A Wilson to anyone selling their home and I am very happy with my decision to use them.

We recently had our furniture replaced as the landlord wanted a fresh appearance and the process was very smooth and easy for us as tennants
