30th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)I cannot recommend Sue and the team at LRG/Leaders highly enough.<br><br>My purchase wasn’t straightforward, with delays outside anyone’s control, but throughout the entire process Sue kept me updated, responded promptly to my emails, and was always reassuring, kind, professional and incredibly patient.<br><br>Communication was excellent from start to finish, and I always felt informed about what was happening.<br><br>Massive thanks to Sue and the team for all of your hard work in helping me purchase my first home. As a student from India, I wasn't familiar with the UK renting process, but Leon was incredibly patient, responsive, and always happy to help. He explained every step clearly, answered all my questions promptly, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. I always felt supported throughout the process, and I truly appreciate how approachable and professional he was.

11th Aug 2026 (13 days ago)I have had the best year renting a property with The Property Place. From start to finish they have been incredibly helpful and kind to myself and the other tenants. Sophie and Emma have gone above and beyond to look after us- I am sad to say goodbye! I seriously couldn’t recommend them anymore to other people.
18th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)I was buying a property, but there was a problem with the burglar alarm. He said it would be fixed before completion. We had a couple of conversations on the subject. The sale went through, the alarm was untouched. I confronted him with it. He denied our conversations had ever taken place. Eventually he gave me a token amount of money from his fee that was nowhere near the cost - the whole alarm system had to be replaced. Estate agents often face criticism regarding their integrity, but I've never had one lie to my face before. It was a first.
28th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Through out the year, general expectations of a letting agency were met. However, due to a couple instances, this rules out a good review.<br><br>One - they lied about attending a property when a fire risk was present, protecting their maintenance crew rather than admitting fault on their behalf. This was extremely concerning as all of our belongings including the house could have been destroyed!<br><br>Two - at the end of the tenancy, they charged their flat rate of £50 for a mattress clean for a tiny (1inchx1inch) brown mark, when the mattress was already measured by their own metric as ‘7’ meaning ‘minor marks or minor signs of wear and tear’. Then lied about the proceedings of the deposit return - stating that they would take all of the deposit if they did not accept our counter offer after three attempts via a 3rd party, causing our lead tenant to send a lower offer of £25, worried that they would take the whole deposit. However, this was a lie and this is not how the 3rd party operated, but it was too late to retrieve the offer once it has been accepted.<br>Additionally a mattress clean costs £50 or it doesn’t, the fact they even took our lower offer of £25 reveals they were just out for a quick cash grab, disgusting<br><br>All in all, MCR Move has a track record of a lying, do not go with them! Plenty of better agencies out there!

12th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Please do not move in with this company. I was due to move in two months ago, and throughout the entire process I received no information whatsoever about the moving-in procedure. I emailed multiple times beforehand asking what I needed to do, but nobody responded.<br><br>When I finally arrived at the building, I was told I had to travel all the way to MediaCity to collect my keys, despite repeatedly asking in advance about the process.<br><br>Unfortunately, the problems only got worse after moving in. There was black mould on my ceiling, which I reported immediately. Someone came out and simply painted over it, despite me explaining that there clearly appeared to be dampness or a leak causing the mould. My concerns were not properly investigated.<br><br>Just 26 days later, the black mould returned — around ten times worse. There is now an active leak in the ceiling directly above my bed. I reported this over a month ago and have emailed every seven days since, yet I have received no response whatsoever from the property management team.<br><br>I have also reported the issue through their reporting service and still have had no response. This is completely unacceptable. I am now becoming unwell and have had to miss significant amounts of work, while the management continue to fail to take the situation seriously.<br><br>I have now contacted Salford City Council to see if they can put pressure on the building management to address the leak, damp and mould.<br><br>Do not rent with this property. I ignored the warning signs and I deeply regret it. If you are considering moving here, please take these issues seriously and think very carefully before signing a contract.
18th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)Had a great experience buying a property through Let Property. Sales process started with a tough negotiation and completion was pretty smooth. Picked up keys today and very happy with the purchase for the price I got it for - would 100% use them again for another purchase as they have a lot of good deals if you are looking to buy tenanted property.
