The whole team were incredibly friendly, helpful and supportive throughout, and always made me feel like I was in safe hands. They were responsive, professional and genuinely went the extra mile to make everything as smooth and stress free as possible, anything that needed fixing it was done immediately. 12th Aug 2026 (11 days ago)Wouldn’t recommend!<br>I have raised several concerns about one of their tenants, to Helen & the MD but nothing has been done. Emails are ignored or replied to months later with inadequate excuses, since they moved in in December 2025!<br>I am writing this review at 4 am, having been kept up until 11 pm with the 8 year old child screaming like a banshee again and now being woken up with him banging around the house!<br>I have lived at my property for four years, and the last year has been a total nightmare!

5th Feb 2026 (6 mo. ago)Very irritating experience. As shown in my screenshot, I have received several calls from you, and every single time I have clearly told you YOU HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER. I am not selling a property — I was only a tenant. Each time, you apologise, promise my number will be removed, and then claim “the system takes time to update.” Really? 3 -8 months? That excuse is wearing thin. Your last call was on Monday, where I was again reassured that my number would finally be taken off your system. To stop the disturbance during my workday, I even blocked your number — yet unbelievably, you still managed to leave me a voicemail today - your contact even seems to be increasing! At this point, your persistence feels relentless, intrusive, and completely unacceptable. For the sake of my sanity: Remove, delete, and block my number from your system immediately. This whole situation could have been avoided if you had simply done what you said you would do the first time. Instead, I’m left dealing with behaviour that comes across as either spiteful or incompetent. P.S I am for some reason unable to attach the screenshot of the call log of harassment!

13th Aug 2026 (10 days ago)Fantastic estate agents and an absolute pleasure to deal with throughout the purchase of our new home.<br><br>Marcus was extremely helpful from start to finish and was always on hand whenever we needed advice, an update, or help chasing things along. Buying a house can be stressful, especially when you’re part of a chain, but Marcus was brilliant at keeping in touch, communicating with everyone involved and doing everything he could to keep things moving.<br><br>We really appreciated how approachable, responsive and supportive he was throughout the whole process. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and it was reassuring knowing we could contact him whenever we had a question or concern.<br><br>We’ve had a fantastic experience with Sibley Pares and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a property. 26th May 2026 (13 weeks ago)Duncan came to view and value our 6 bedroom property in Egerton …stayed for an hour and a half …. left promising to send detailed email valuation … two weeks later still nothing despite calling the office to check he had the correct details. Not very professional and not a good sign. Won’t be proceeding with savills

She answered all our questions, and even managed to organise another viewing so my partner could see the property too for the next morning. We’re so very grateful for her keenness to help, which shows by the fact we put in an offer on the property the next day. Highly recommend Vicky as your estate agent, a really lovely & informative girl.

11th Aug 2026 (12 days ago)Skippers have let a property next door to my house since February 2026. They have and are continuing to give the tenants wrong information about where exactly they should or should not park. Subsequently the tenants are repeatedly parking in front of my gate directly obstructing the access I need to get into my house and even though I have raised the issue with them and said how badly it is affecting my daily life they have constantly contested this. I even sent them a copy of the deeds which clearly states that nobody can park there, they are still persistent in their actions with the tenant continuing to obstruct my gate. This has caused myself and my partner a great deal of stress and inconvenience.

They managed to sell our house within just one week, which was far quicker than we ever expected.<br><br>The whole process was handled professionally, efficiently and with genuine enthusiasm. Communication was excellent, they kept me informed every step of the way, and I always felt that my sale was in safe hands.<br><br>Selling a house can be stressful, but they made the experience feel remarkably straightforward. 15th Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)Having met Lisa as a first time buyer a few years ago, when it came to selling my first property there was never any doubt for me that Lisa and the team at Waghorn needed to be the ones to help me through the sales process and it’s a decision I certainly won’t regret!<br><br>From the first stages of listing I felt that Lisa and John really cared about understanding what I loved about my home and they showed genuine enthusiasm and interest in making sure they could share all of these features with potential buyers. They knew the kind of people who would be interested in my home and very quickly offers came in and the house was sold. Throughout the process the team was there to guide me through every step and answer my questions. I always felt confident that they would do exactly what they had promised. I never felt like my home was ‘just another property’ for Waghorn, it’s so clear that the team love what they do and take a real interest in their clients, helping them navigate the house buying and selling process with confidence.<br><br>This is a genuinely fantastic team and I can’t thank Lisa, John, Mel and Andrew enough for everything they have done. 8th May 2026 (15 weeks ago)We changed agents to Your Key Move on a recommendation from a friend and we are so glad we did! We felt totally confident leaving the sale in Carlo's hands - we felt that if he couldn't sell the property, nobody could! We got our sale and Carlo eased both us and our buyers through the process. Our buyers were working to a tight time schedule, which we managed to achieve thanks to Carlo's efforts. Carlo always answers his 'phone if he can, and if he can't take the call, he will 'phone back as soon as he can. Always answers WhatsApp and email messages at any time of the day or evening, so you really feel that you have someone working with you. So much better than the usual estate agent 9-5 office hours. He provided the same high level of service to our buyers and guided them through various issues and acted as a go between for all of us. Our buyer said, after completion, how patient and helpful Carlo had been throughout the process with all the questions and queries that he had contacted Carlo with! Carlo is a 'make it happen' man and we are so grateful for the original recommendation. Would highly recommend his services to anybody thinking of selling their property.

They gave us honest, knowledgeable advice, kept us updated throughout the whole process, and always made sure we were involved in every decision. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and they were always quick to respond and act whenever something needed doing.<br><br>Their professionalism really stood out, but they also made the whole experience feel personal and reassuring. Selling a property can be stressful, but they made everything run as smoothly as possible. On top of that, their fees were very reasonable, and the level of service we received was outstanding.<br><br>We’d have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
