The property was continuously let throughout that time; Savills always found excellent tenants and provided first-class support, including when a complete kitchen refurbishment was undertaken. 23rd Aug 2026 (0 days ago)Based on my current experience of Taylors, no I would not recommend them. I was terribly disappointed mainly due to the communication side. Telephone system not operating, feedback are not done very well. I believe that communication is absolutely essential between the Agent the seller and of course, the buyer when one gets a buyer. However, hopefully they will have learned from their experience with myself and have every opportunity of improving what they do going forward. I wish them well.

Even when things became difficult and complicated, they stuck by me and continued to be helpful, patient and understanding from start to finish.<br><br>They dealt with all the complexities of my situation professionally and made what could have been a very stressful process much easier. Communication was always great, and they kept me updated and helped wherever they could.<br><br>I’m extremely grateful to both Poppy and Alex for their time, patience and effort in helping me secure my new place. They genuinely went above and beyond, and I couldn’t thank them enough for everything they did.<br><br>I would highly recommend Poppy and Alex to anyone looking for a professional, friendly and supportive team. 6th Aug 2026 (17 days ago)We have just sold through Quarters and due to the excellent service we received we encouraged two neighbours to sign up with them.<br>We decided to choose Quarters as we had looked at houses through multiple agents and I much preferred the no pressure attitude. Just friendly and happy to guide and answer questions with honest advice.<br>We cant stand sales pitch nonsense and Quarters definately didnt try this with us.<br>The other thing I like about Quarters is that you can speak to anyone who answers the phone, they work as a team. Unlike others where you have to wait for someone to return from lunch or finish another phone call because you have to deal with the same person.<br>They kept in touch regularly to check we were happy and once we sold they helped check in with the chain and chase if needed.<br>Highly recommend.Brown & Merry - Leighton Buzzard

He was patiant, knowledgable, and took the time to go through all my financing options in great detail to help me understand and figure out what would be the best. I hadn't expected a mortgage advisor to be there for the entire buying process and it was very reassuring to know I had someone to answer my questions. It also worked well that, being in the same office, Luke could liase with the sales team at Brown and Merry and pass information through quickly.<br>The sales team were friendly and efficient and Maisie took me to see the property as many times as I needed. A great team who didn't pressure or rush me, but made buying my first house much more pleasant than I had thought it would be. Thank you!
