I’m a conveyancer and have been working in conveyancing for some time now, so I’ve dealt with countless estate agents. Unfortunately, many tend to leave everything to the conveyancers when it comes to chasing updates and progressing the matter. Dave has been outstanding throughout this transaction. He provided consistent updates and was extremely helpful in supporting the sellers with even the smallest matters, particularly when it came to obtaining documents and information from third parties, and ensuring the buyers’ requests were easily manageable for the client. This was also a chain of 8 properties, yet Dave stayed proactive and involved throughout while many other agents in the chain seemed content to sit back. It genuinely makes a difference working with someone who is engaged and committed to helping keep things moving. Dave was exactly that. Highly recommended.

Having known both of them for a number of years I can honestly say that they both display a sense of pride and care in their ability to look after people and do what best for their client, nothing seems too much trouble for them. A quality sadly lacking in a lot of the industry. Highly recommended.

He always replied quickly to emails and took zoom calls and meetings on many occasions to fit around my availability even if it ment him having to stay at work a lot later. I would definately 100% recommend Harry if you want a mortgage, he got us more than I expected to borrow and at a great rate, he was very clear and concise. And a building society or bank will have a say on this, beware as you could lose thousands of pounds

Although it was a rather protracted process to secure the purchase (due to some land based classification issues) the team were great at keeping us informed and helping us to resolve any issues as they arose. We mainly dealt with Eliot this time and can honestly say he went way over and above what a typical estate agent would do. The transaction had its ups and downs ( not Deacon Whites fault) and has finally gone through. Eliot was not only professional and curious he was available out of office hours to give reassurance when needed. When I got stressed and upset he was so calm. If you are unsure who to instruct or purchase give these guys a chance as it’s rare to find an estate agent who goes that extra mile. We were very impressed with them from the outset with their professional approach with marketing, and their communication with us using WhatsApp was excellent. They were proactive in promoting our house, and they were polite and courteous with each visit therefore we would highly recommend Urban and Rural.
