15th Jun 2026 (20 days ago)After a great start. We are most disappointed and feel totally ignored. We had an appointment to meet the agent at a property we were interested to view. After recieving 2 messages to confirm time and place we waited 40 minutes and the agent didn't arrive. After knocking on the door and meeting the seller they informed us the agent had phoned and said he wasn't coming. We were shown around the property by the seller. We have since contacted the office and promised a call back from the branch manager and of course that didn't happen either.Would not use this agent again.

They ensured that what is -with the best will in the world - rather a stressful process, became as hassle-free an experience as possible.<br>What is more, they found us a buyer incredibly quickly. Our sales negotiator at the Stamford office, Ms Bennie, responded extremely sensitively to the type of property we were selling and therefore ensured that only the most sympathetic of potential viewers were shown around the house.<br>Thereafter, all subsequent sale negotiations were handled speedily, courteously, and to everyone’s satisfaction.<br>We would not hesitate to use Savills in Stamford again – and indeed, are about to do so!<br><br>Further to the above - we have just sold a second property through Savills in Stamford. Ms Victoria Short was our first contact and was really superb at suggesting the best way to market our property - AND any changes we might like to make before the process began. With Ms Bennie who has handled the final negotiations, Ms Caisley and the wonderful viewings team, the process throughout has been hugely supportive and highly efficient. I couldn't recommend them enough - and have recently done so to a couple in our village who are about to add their names to the Savills client list.

I can wholeheartedly say it was made less stressful by the reassurance & support from them both. Thank you.
22nd May 2026 (6 weeks ago)We panicked and called PPM Services Pest Control today after discovering what we thought were wasps in our chimney coming into our living room. The owner came out immediately on his way home from work and was with us in less than 5 minutes and quickly reassured us that they were actually honey bees. He was incredibly kind, honest, and professional. Such an amazing person and a great company. You should be very proud of the service you provide. We would definitely use your services again in the future and would recommend you to anyone needing a quick, professional service. Highly recommended!

From start to finish they were professional, informative and their communication was excellent, we genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better service. Always honest, open and reliable. A huge thank you to the whole team, particularly Matt who kept us informed at every milestone. All your hard work is appreciated.
24th Apr 2026 (10 weeks ago)A fantastic service from James Hammond, overall extremely pleased with the communication, friendliness and his professionalism. The viewing was nicely timed without being rushed and follow-up emails sent on as promised. Having used Newton Fallowell as agents quite a few years ago for my rental properties & now a tenant myself - it really is a refreshing change to know that you are in good hands. I do believe that they are a company that are looking after the best interests of both the tenants and landlords. Highly recommended !
2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)Avoid at all costs — Complete Trap!<br>Don't trust them and don't get trapped. They are incredibly nice and welcoming right up until you make your deposit and move in. However, the moment you inform them that you are moving out, they show their real face. Total scammers! Save your money and your sanity—look elsewhere.

16th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)I recently purchased a house from Harrison rose and i have to say the service i received from them was outstanding the whole way through, and they weren’t even my estate agent! Between a long chain and my solicitor not being the quickest the whole thing took longer than I had hoped but Sonya and Paul were amazing throughout, sending frequent updates as to where we were along the way and even helping to chase my slow solicitor. As a first time buyer the process was a little stressful but their understanding and patience made it all much easier. I have no plans of selling but if i ever do, i know exactly who I'm going to use.

Lisa in particular has always been on standby, sending texts, voice notes and making calls at any given moment. Nothing seemed to much trouble and there was always a friendly vibe, even when things were tough. It takes a special sort of someone to always be happy and friendly in a job like this, and Lisa fits the bill every time! Thank you for all you did for the sale & completion of my property. Highly recommend to all! ??????
24th May 2024 (2 years ago)This is the third time I have used Pridea to sell a property. Exactly the same experience every time. The property sells quickly with one robust sale that goes through to completion. Not my experience of using other estate agents in the area.

Throughout the whole process from valuation to completion Fairweather Estate Agents were fantastic and took the strain away. Hayden was spot on with his valuation and we achieved exactly what we wanted for the property. Throughout the sales process Sophie kept us informed and was reassuringly professional and confident, importantly she acted as a valuable conduit between both pairs of solicitors to keep the sales process going smoothly. 3rd Jul 2026 (2 days ago)Awful. No communication at all from Gemma/Natalie. Tried to take our whole deposit due to apparently not giving notice when moving but we had, Gemma didn’t communicate within the work place. Had to keep contacting them to get a response about our deposit. No one ever replied unless we had emailed them 4/5 times. Very quick to be on your case when needing something but slow as a snail if you need anything sorted. Was very rude down the phone to my partner at one point.
