29th Apr 2026 (10 days ago)I've let a property out through Arnold & Phillips for a number of years now. I've always felt very reassured by the lettings team and know the house is in good hands. Having had previous bad experiences with other estate agents in the town I know that isn't always the case. I also feel that they take a fair approach with tenants and are prompt in communicating any concerns, something that is important for me.

Chris and Ross were both exceptionally helpful in getting clear updates from the chain, and were really supportive in getting us moved into our new home just in time for the arrival of our second child (1 week later). The agent did our veiwings for us and he was very efficient, making sure everything was left in order. We would not hesitate to recommend David Davies.

Firstly the way that Charlotte dealt with our negotiations over the purchase were 1st rate and Katy for helping keep our spirits up when manoeuvring through the constantly changing housing market after 2 failed sales.
