13th Aug 2025 (7 mo. ago)Ignoring all issues, at once we had blocked drains, washing machine, drier, smoke alarm, freezer, lights tumble drier problems. None of the above were working, took them 8 months to sort some out and some still left behind. Rent is up by 6.5% every year and no service provided. Highly recommend not to use their services

My mother in law had never moved house before and Judy had care and compassion when helping find her perfect home, we couldn't be more grateful!

The service was on point and the agents especially Kaitlyn Young was always available and willing to provide all the support that we needed. She handled our inquiries and concerns very promptly and always responded with great enthusiasm. I would highly recommend working with her and the agency for your letting needs

22nd Dec 2025 (12 weeks ago)We recently bought our house from Farmer and Dyer and they were excellent in particular Simon. We had some uncertainty through the chain and he consistently went above and beyond to help even though this wasn’t his property but others in the chain. He always was responsive, proactive and made time to help and I think the main reason that everything worked out was because of him. Couldn’t recommend him and Farmer and Dyer enough!
10th May 2024 (1 year ago)I had a viewing scheduled at 3:30, but the agent was over 11 minutes late without any prior communication. When contacted, the agent attempted to deceive me about their arrival time. I understand that delays can occur however it's unacceptable to be dishonest about it. This lack of professionalism and honesty reflects poorly on the agency's service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend dealing with them.

I’d like to say a big thank you to John and team for all their effort’s in navigating us through what is already a stressful situation but was made worse by the solicitors (please only use recommended solicitors firms). I am grateful for the teams' patience and for not chasing us every 5 minutes like the previous agents (Hun***s). Thank you once again! Wishing the firm the very best.

27th Feb 2026 (19 days ago)Avocado have been a pleasure to deal with throughout. Their marketing was superb and customer service has been exceptional throughout. I have been kept up to date throughout the process and feel confident that they are supporting me as a seller. I was a little concerned at first that their valuation was £25,000 above what another agent had provided, but I needn't have been as they secured an asking price offer a week after it went onto the market!

Belvoir stood out as the best after house valuations with 4 local estate agents. We knew we were in safe hands with Jason for our house sale. A personal service, rather than a sales conveyor belt. Jason came across as professional, experienced, knowledgeable, friendly and considerate. We knew he'd do the very best for us and he did. He listened, understood and respected our specific requirements and made positive suggestions based on his experience. Jason was our main contact but all of the team work like a well oiled machine. A special thanks to Jason but also to Gary and Jessica for their part in the sale, progression and completion. Viewings were lined up straight away and we accepted a very good offer within days of first marketing. Jason was proactive, promptly dealt with queries, kept us updated and gave us good advice throughout. We were well looked after. Sending a huge thanks from us! We'd happily deal with Belvoir Tilehurst again and highly recommend them.
24th Feb 2026 (22 days ago)EweMove provided an exceptional service. The property was on the market very quickly, including professional photography and brochure production. We had six viewings booked within a couple of days and received three offers in less than a week. We accepted an asking price offer after the property had been live on the market less than 7 days. We are able to follow the progress of our sale on an app and have direct contact with EweMove at any time. Best house sales service ever!- 4th Mar 2026 (14 days ago)I have rented with Davis Tate for the past 6 years, then in Feb I relocated to another Davis Tate property in a nearby village. The whole process was managed through Rebecca based in the Reading office. Despite there being quite a few hurdles during the process, Rebecca was excellent, communicating with me almost daily. I cannot thank her enough, moving is stressful, yet Rebecca made the process much smoother, remaining upbeat, calm and supportive throughout. Highly recommended.
