13th Aug 2025 (1 year ago)Ignoring all issues, at once we had blocked drains, washing machine, drier, smoke alarm, freezer, lights tumble drier problems. None of the above were working, took them 8 months to sort some out and some still left behind. Rent is up by 6.5% every year and no service provided. Highly recommend not to use their services

A special mention to Rob, Naomi, and Jess (amongst others) - all of whom were reliable, knowledgeable, and professional in all they did. We spoke with a number of different estate agents at the start of selling our property, and Chancellors were our clear choice by a long margin. Their support really was invaluable and we'd definitely recommend enlisting their help. Thanks all!

Difficult market and everyone sitting tight and so the effort from Victoria and her team to sell our house was even more appreciated. From the first meeting with Victoria to the day we handed the keys over we couldn’t have asked for more.<br>Super professional and kept us informed with every step of the way.<br>Wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again and throughly recommend the team to anyone wishing to sell their property in Newbury and the surrounding area. The team was consistently responsive, helpful and reassuring, keeping me informed throughout and making the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>What impressed me most was that the service never felt merely transactional. There was a genuine sense of care, attention and willingness to help, combined with the efficiency and professionalism you would expect from a first-class agency. Every interaction was handled promptly and courteously, and I always felt that I was in very capable hands.<br><br>It is increasingly rare to come across this combination of excellent communication, genuine support and consistently high professional standards. Winkworth delivered all three.<br><br>A sincere thank you to the entire team for making the experience such a positive one. 7th Aug 2026 (16 days ago)We've rented from Walmsley for 3 years and have had fantastic communication and really quick responses from them.<br><br>The lettings team led by Beth has been exceptional, and also Leona is really good at keeping us updated on inspections etc.<br><br>Nothing but praise for them and highly recommend if you are thinking of rental or a landlord looking for management.

8th Apr 2026 (20 weeks ago)Extremely disappointing experience with Adams Estates. The checkout process felt unfair and heavily biased against the tenant. Many items listed in the report were inaccurate or related to normal wear and tear after two years of living in the property. Some conditions mentioned, such as mould, marks, and general ageing, were already present when I moved in, yet they were still included as issues at checkout. There were also claims about missing items that were actually present, which makes it hard to trust the accuracy of the inspection. The property was not newly renovated when I moved in, but the expectations at checkout felt unrealistic. I am willing to pay reasonable charges where genuinely justified, but the overall handling of this situation has seriously affected my trust in this agency.

They supported me during a very difficult and stressful period when my previous landlord served me with a Section 21 notice and I urgently needed to find suitable accommodation for my family. From the very beginning, the team was professional, understanding, and respectful. The agent took the time to listen to my circumstances, treated me with kindness and dignity, and worked hard to help me find the right property. Their communication was excellent throughout the process, and they were always available to answer questions and provide reassurance when needed. Moving home can be an overwhelming experience, but the support and guidance I received made the process much smoother and less stressful. I am very grateful for their help and for the genuine care they showed during a challenging time. Thank you for your professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend your agency to anyone looking for a reliable and supportive letting agent.
18th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)I think it depends what partnership you have, I one I had the sales pitch was great but the communication throughout once I signed up with them was terrible, at one point t after I chased and chased for feedback after 1 week after a viewing they told me I had an offer, yes it was very low, but I was never told.

8th Aug 2026 (15 days ago)We bought our house through Ewemove Tadley and they were pretty good to deal with as a buyer for the most part, but charging £80+ for ID checks from the buyers is absolutely criminal and takes the mick. No need for that whatsoever, sheer profiteering. I know other EA’s don’t charge this so it’s completely unnecessary. Do better.

Unlike many providers who are only supportive at the point of sale, Daniel has remained reliable and genuinely invested throughout.<br><br>I recently reached out to him during a very difficult time and felt overwhelmed by the remortgage process. As always, Daniel was responsive, professional, and clear in his guidance, but what stood out most was his kindness and human touch. That support meant a great deal to me.<br><br>I would highly recommend Daniel without hesitation and would not want to use anyone else.
