They were professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go the extra mile to keep everything moving smoothly. Their communication was excellent, and they made what can often be a stressful experience feel straightforward and well managed.<br><br>The level of customer service, attention to detail, and dedication demonstrated by the team was exceptional. Thank you, Joel and Akeel, for your hard work and support. A truly five-star service from start to finish.
25th Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We didn’t sell with them, we ended up switching agents, they came in and promised this and that and then nothing, we were told they would contact us weekly to let us know what is going on even if nothing has happened, we heard not unless we chased it, when they took new photos it took almost 10 days for them to come back and get us to approve them, we had 3 sales managers in the 12 weeks we were with them, and staff members would bad mouth others by saying oh sorry yeah they have been spoken about that in the past etc, they came in saying one price which was the same as the others and then within two weeks badgering us to drop the price, we did but they couldn’t even change the listing in their front window of the shop, as we changed the price mid august and the advert in the window was still showing the original price

8th Aug 2026 (11 weeks ago)If I could give zero stars, I would.<br><br>Renting through Northwood has been one of the most stressful and frustrating experiences I've ever had. The biggest let-down by far was the maintenance department. Getting issues dealt with was an exhausting process, with poor communication, long delays, and very little urgency.<br><br>If you are a landlord paying extra for this maintenance service. If I were I would be concerned firstly how your tenants are being treated but secondly how your house is also being looked after. The way maintenance issues were handled throughout our tenancy reflected very poorly on the service being provided.<br><br>The end of the tenancy was just as disappointing. The checkout inspection was conveniently booked for the day after we had returned the keys, meaning we had no opportunity to attend or raise any concerns during the inspection.<br><br>Getting our deposit back then became a constant battle. Instead of a fair and straightforward process, my emails were ignored until I raised this with the TDS.<br><br>Throughout the tenancy, communication was poor, problems dragged on, and there was very little accountability from there side.<br><br>I genuinely can't recommend Northwood based on my experience. There are far better letting agents out there. Based on my experience I would never rent with Northwood again.
22nd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)I'd like to take a minute to say a massive thank you to Catherine mcnicholas and Sarah hood for fantastic work through my house purchase. As a first time buyer they led me and advised at every turn completely professionally and with ease in a less than ideal purchase. But made much easier with their unrivalled work ethic. I cant thank them enough for enabling me to start my next chapter , and although I dont plan on doing this again any time soon I would highly recommend then to anyone out there looking!<br>Thank you

Best summed up by Friendly, Professional, Efficient. Would definitely use again and highly recommend- 15th Nov 2021 (4 years ago)Tom Ward was always there to help us and kept us in the loop at all times. He was understanding when hurdles cropped up and always showed patience and compassion to my elderly mother. A great agent in all respects but in this case with assisted living properties.

Nick kept us informed/ updated along the way and was always approachable and quick to respond to any questions we had. This made moving feel smooth and less stressful. We have been really grateful for Quarter's/ Nick's support and would highly recommend their excellent service from start to finish!

Always picking up phone calls, always there to help no matter the question, always on top of things. Their marketing is brilliant, local knowledge and experience invaluable and handling of viewings and potential buyers, second to none. Their advice has been spot on and their energy and responsive unwavering They have been all round brilliant and I would never use another agent again. I highly recommend them to anyone thinking of moving home

The creation of a WhatsApp group allowed us to contact them almost immediately with questions / requested info, and the team always responded promptly. Overall, it went about as well as we could ever have hoped. Thanks Frank and the team. Highly recommended!

Renting has been quite the challenge, full of frustration and taking up a lot of time. We thought that paying higher management fees would make up for the extra effort we put into sorting out any issues, waiting for email replies and so on. Plus, staff changes haven’t made things any easier. ?????????????<br><br>However, the family is relieved they left being landlords before the reforms were put in place.
