18th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)Superb service from Elms Estates. Elms found the ideal tenants for the property and the moving-in process was smooth and all Elms' staff very helpful and responsive. Husnain at Elms is superb - as landlord I have reassurance that all matters are dealt with promptly and full confidence in him as rental and letting agent.

More or less 0 communication from them.Do not let your property with them, as soon as they sign you up, they don't care about you (landlord) they only care in collecting they'r cut . They are not interested in doing property chec ups, etc.... really really terrible evil people at that branch.- 18th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)Big shout out to Emma , as she sold my flat within a week , for the sum I was hoping for . She liaised with our solicitors to push things through, answered all our questions without hesitation, really made the whole process so smooth for us as buyers, cannot thank her enough, I do genuinely believe if it wasn’t for her going the extra mile we probably wouldn’t have been able to purchase our property.

She’s been super encouraging along the journey of buying our first home, leading us to feel comfortable throughout the entire process. She has been super informative and lovely to speak to. All round a really good branch to go with for looking for your home, that go above and beyond in supporting you across the whole process.
